Meeting held on 6-27, Kirk indicated that an imaging
solution is feasible and is following up with Mike with
additional technical questions. Discussed with
Sharon, and issue remains that there is no link from
on-line report to files.
Service changes would take 5 - 7 days development.
There is not an extra week of development time in
the schedule, so this cannot be included in Phase 3
Defer to phase 3 based on #11. Not sure where
comments would go, one suggestion was to add a
button to access comments

In order to accommodate this UI requirement: 'A user
will only be able to add award/project combinations to
an employees sub-report for which the project-to-beaddeds Project PI is the same as the Report PI for
whom the roll-up report was created.', the service will
need to be changed

Bill asked for clarification on this UI requirement: 'One
addition to the employee sub-report presentation from
what is provided in the faculty reports is the presence of
the Certified column. The Certified column as shown
in the Staff roll-up report mock-up in Figure 3 is
intended to provide the user with a visual indication
regarding whether or not a specific employees line item
has been certified. The presence of a value in the
Certified Effort % column for a line item without any
indication of that line item being certified in the Certified
column indicates to the user that a certifier for that line
item has saved a value for the Certified Effort % but has

discussed. The same text is highlighted for
a Sys Admin and the Archive Status on page

I checked out the Sys Admin and when
archived reports are selected the button
remains disabled so it would be a change
