Now, clasp your hands together and flip your hands over so
your palms are facing up and gently stretch your arms up to the
sky while you open your eyes and look up (you can practice by
looking at your hands).

Next, gently lean to your right, press your left arm harder toward
the sky and stttrrretch the left side of your upper body.
Be sure your eyes are open as you look up and breathe out hate
using the HAWW sound.

Inside your body you have Lungs. Your Lungs are very important
because they are the organs that bring oxygen (air)
to your blood and body.

Now were going to add the Healing Posture to our practice. This
Posture is going to wake up your Lungs!

Now that youve seen the posture, let me tell you how to combine
the Inner Smile Practice and the Lung Sound with this posture.
Begin by Smiling to your Lungs. Close your eyes and imagine
your beautiful, White Lungs. Now imagine a beautiful ball of
golden Smiling energy in your face. Let that ball of golden
Smiling energy float down to your Lungs and
fill your White Lungs with Courage.
This time, when you Breathe in Courage,
slowly raise your arms above your head.

Now, flip your hands over so your palms are facing up and
stretch your arms up to the sky.

When youre finished, close your eyes and gently, slowly, put
your arms back down and put your hands on your lap.
Smile to your beautiful, White Lungs.
Remember your friend the White Tiger? Imagine the White Tiger
leaping from your Lungs and sitting in front of you. It is there to

Inside your body you have two Kidneys. Your Kidneys are very
important internal organ because they filter toxins* out of your body.

while you pull back on your arms and breathe out fear using the
CHOOO sound.

back to a sitting position and put your hands on your lap.
Smile to your beautiful, Blue Kidneys.
Remember your friend the Blue Turtle? Imagine one Blue Turtle
swimming out from your Kidneys and sitting behind you. It is
there to protect you if you need it.
Then you may see the other Blue Turtle under your feet.
It is also there for extra protection if you have too much fear.

because it is the *internal organ that cleans your blood.

Begin by Smiling to your Liver. Close your eyes and imagine your
beautiful, Green Liver. Now imagine a beautiful ball of golden
Smiling energy in your face. Let that ball of Golden Smiling energy
float down to your Liver and fill your Green Liver with Kindness.
This time, when you Breathe in Kindness, slowly raise your arms
and clasp your hands above your head, palms down.

your arms up to the sky.

SHHHH sound.
