Welcome to Chi Kids I can Smile to my Heart Level II.


In Level I you learned you have a Heart, where your Heart is and
that you can Smile to your Heart and feel the awesome power of
Love. We learned that the healing color of the Heart is Red. We
learned to breath in Love and breathe out hate using the HAWW
sound. And you learned that your Heart has a Protection animal,
the Red Pheasant.
In this section, you will learn how to energize your Heart and
learn new ways to help it stay healthy, happy and full of Love.
You will add the Healing Posture to the Inner Smile and Sounds
That Heal. When we add the Posture, we actually stretch the
body and activate the Heart giving your body the Power of Love!
This will complete the beginners practice for the Heart and help
you prepare to learn more magic formulas in the future.
Remember once you learn this secret
be sure to teach it to someone else!

Inside your body you have a Heart. Your Heart is very important
because it is the organ that pumps your blood.

Lets breathe in love and breathe out hate using the
HAWW sound. Remember?

Today we will learn how to talk to your Heart.


And your Heart will learn to talk to you!!!!

Now were going to add the Healing Posture to our practice.


This posture is going to wake up your Heart and give you the
special Power of Love! It looks like this

Begin by smiling to your Heart.


Close your eyes and imagine your beautiful, Red, Loving Heart.
Now imagine a beautiful ball of golden smiling energy in your
face. Let that ball of golden smiling energy float down to your
Heart and fill your Red Heart with Love.
This time, when you breathe in Love, slowly raise your arms
above your head.

Next, put your hands above your head, palms down.

Now, clasp your hands together and flip your hands over so
your palms are facing up and gently stretch your arms up to the
sky while you open your eyes and look up (you can practice by
looking at your hands).

Next, gently lean to your right, press your left arm harder toward
the sky and stttrrretch the left side of your upper body.
Be sure your eyes are open as you look up and breathe out hate
using the HAWW sound.

When youre finished, close your eyes and gently, slowly, put
your arms back down and place your hands on your lap.
Smile to your beautiful, Red Heart.

Remember your friend the Red Pheasant. Imagine the Red


Pheasant leaping from your Heart and flying above your head. It
is there to protect you if you need it.

Sit on a chair with your feet on the floor and Smile.


Feel your Heart and Smile to your Heart.
See your Red Heart Smile back.
Think about something or someone you Love and
breathe in Love to your Heart.
Raise your arms above your head.
Clasp your hands together, palms down.
Flip your hands over so the palms are facing up and stretch your
upper body to the right by pushing harder
on your left hand. Open your eyes, look up and breath out hate
using the HAWW sound.
Let dark smoke leave your Heart through your mouth
and see it float down to the Earth.
It will be transformed into positive energy.
Close your eyes and let your hands drift down.
Say Hello to the Red Pheasant that protects your Heart.
Smile one more time and feel the Loving feeling coming from
your Heart.
Try to do this 3 times in a row!

It is always important to take a minute and rest after we Smile to


our Heart. Just take one or two minutes and think of all the people you Love, and the people who Love you.

And, of course, remember, you must Love yourself.

power of Courage. We learned that the healing color of the
Lungs is White. We learned to breathe in Courage and breathe
out Sadness using the SSSSSS sound.
And you learned that your Lungs have a Protection
animal, the White Tiger.
In this section, you will learn how to energize your Lungs
and learn new ways to help them stay healthy and happy. You
will add the Healing Posture to the Inner Smile and Sounds
That Heal. When we add the Posture, we actually stretch the
body and activate the Lungs by giving your body the Power of
Courage!

Now that youve seen the posture, let me tell you how to combine
the Inner Smile Practice and the Lung Sound with this posture.
Begin by Smiling to your Lungs. Close your eyes and imagine
your beautiful, White Lungs. Now imagine a beautiful ball of
golden Smiling energy in your face. Let that ball of golden
Smiling energy float down to your Lungs and
fill your White Lungs with Courage.
This time, when you Breathe in Courage,
slowly raise your arms above your head.

Now, flip your hands over so your palms are facing up and
stretch your arms up to the sky.

Next, Stretch your upper body upwards.


Open your eyes, look up and breathe out Sadness using the
SSSSS sound.

When youre finished, close your eyes and gently, slowly, put
your arms back down and put your hands on your lap.
Smile to your beautiful, White Lungs.

Remember your friend the White Tiger? Imagine the White Tiger
leaping from your Lungs and sitting in front of you. It is there to
protect you if you need it.

OK, boys and girls. Lets put it all together!


Sit on a chair with your feet on the floor and Smile.
Feel your Lungs and Smile to your Lungs.
See your White Lungs Smile back.
Breathe In Courage to your Lungs.
Raise your arms above your head.
Flip your hands over so the palms are facing up, and stretch your
arms and upper body straight up.
Turn your head up and open your eyes.
Look up and breathe out Sadness using the SSSSSS sound.
Let dark smoke leave your Lungs through your mouth
and see it float away.
Close your eyes and let your hands drift down to your lap.
Say Hello to the White Tiger that protects your Lungs. Watch
him leap from your Lungs and sit in front of you,
helping you feel safe. Smile one more time and feel the Courage
coming from your Lungs.
Try to do this 3 times in a row!

and that you can Smile to your Kidneys and feel the awesome
power of Gentleness. We learned that the Healing Color of
the Kidneys is Blue. we learned to breathe in Gentleness and
breathe out fear using the CHOOOO sound.
And you learned that your Kidneys have a Protection Animal,
the Blue Turtle.
In this section, you will learn how to energize your Kidneys and
learn new ways to help them stay healthy, happy and full of
Gentleness. You will add the Healing Posture to the Inner Smile
and Sounds That Heal. When we add the Posture, we actually
stretch the body and activate the Kidneys, giving your body the
Power of Gentleness!
This will complete the beginners practice for the Kidneys and
help you prepare to learn more magic formulas in the future.

Begin by Smiling to your


Kidneys.
Close your eyes and imagine your beautiful, Blue,
Gentle Kidneys. Now imagine a beautiful ball of
Golden Smiling energy in your face. Let that ball
of Golden Smiling energy float down to your Kidneys and fill your Blue Kidneys with the awesome
power of Gentleness.
This time, when you breathe in Gentleness, lean
forward, bring your arms in front of you and clasp your hands
together, just under your knee caps.

Next, imagine theres a string pulling on your Kidneys from the


back and make your back round.

Now, lift your head, open your eyes and look straight ahead
while you pull back on your arms and breathe out fear using the
CHOOO sound.

When youre finished, close your eyes and gently, slowly, come
back to a sitting position and put your hands on your lap.
Smile to your beautiful, Blue Kidneys.

Remember your friend the Blue Turtle? Imagine one Blue Turtle
swimming out from your Kidneys and sitting behind you. It is
there to protect you if you need it.
Then you may see the other Blue Turtle under your feet.
It is also there for extra protection if you have too much fear.

Sit on a chair with your feet on the floor


and Smile.
Feel your Kidneys and Smile
to your Kidneys.
See your Blue Kidneys Smile back.
Breathe in Gentleness to your Kidneys.
Bend forward and clasp your hands under your
kneecaps.
Pull back from the Kidney area, round your back
and pull back on your arms.
Lift your chin up, open your eyes and look straight
ahead.
Breathe out fear using the CHOOO sound.
Let dark smoke leave your Kidneys through your
mouth and eyes and see it float away into the Earth.
Close your eyes, sit up and let your hands drift back to your lap.
Say Hello to the Blue Turtle that protects your Kidneys. Watch
him swim from your Kidneys and sit behind you, helping you feel
safe. Then send one more Turtle out and place it under your feet.
Smile one more time and feel the Gentleness coming from your
Kidneys.
Try to do this 3 times in a row!

Remember, you are a gentle and special person.

Anger using the SHHH sound. And you learned that your Liver
has a Protection animal, the Green Dragon.
In this section, you will learn how to energize your Liver and
learn new ways to help it stay healthy, happy and full of
Kindness. You will add the Healing Posture to the Inner Smile
and Sounds That Heal. When we add the Posture, we actually
stretch the body and activate the Liver giving your body the
Power of Kindness!

your Liver. See your Green Liver Smile
back. Think about something or someone
you love and breathe in Kindness to your
Liver. Raise your arms above your head.

the Spleen and Pancreas is Golden. We learned to breathe in
Fairness and Openess and breathe out worry and anxiety using
the WHOOO sound. And you learned that your Spleen and
Pancreas have a Protection animal, the Golden Phoenix.

In this section, you will learn how to energize your Spleen
and Pancreas and learn new ways to help them stay healthy,
happy and full of Fairness and Openess. You will add the
Healing Posture to the Inner Smile and Sounds That Heal. When
we add the posture, we actually stretch the body and activate the
Spleen and Pancreas giving your body the Power of Fairness
and Openess! This will complete the beginners practice for the
Spleen and Pancreas and help you prepare to learn more magic

Lets breathe in Fairness and Openess and breathe out worry and

Close your eyes and imagine your beautiful,
Golden, Fair and Open Spleen and Pancreas.
Now imagine a beautiful ball of Golden Smiling
energy in your face. Let that ball of Golden

Pancreas and fill your Golden organs with
Fairness and Openess.
This time, when you breathe in Fairness and
Openess, place your finger tips from both hands along the left
side of the bottom of your rib cage.

Smile. Inhale the Golden color of Fairness and Openness while


slowly bending forward.

Press your finger tips into your Spleen and Pancreas while you
lean forward to energize them.
Next, look straight ahead with open eyes and exhale worry and
anxiety using the WHOOO sound.

When you are finished, sit up and


Smile to your Spleen and Pancreas.

Remember your friend the Golden


Phoenix? Imagine the Golden Phoenix
leaping from your Spleen and Pancreas
and flying to your left side. It is there to
protect you if you need it.

Feel your Spleen and Pancreas.
See your Golden Spleen and Pancreas Smile back.
Breathe in Fairness and Openness to your Spleen and Pancreas
while you place your fingertips under your ribs on the left side.
Bend forward while looking straight ahead.
Press your fingertips into your Spleen and Pancreas.
Breathe out worry and anxiety using the WHOOO sound.
Let dark smoke leave your Spleen and Pancreas through your
mouth & eyes and see it float down to the earth.
Close your eyes, sit up straight and Smile to your
Spleen and Pancreas.
Say Hello to the Golden Phoenix that protects your
Spleen and Pancreas.
Smile one more time, feel the Fair and Open feeling coming from
your Spleen and Pancreas.
Try to do this 3 times in a row!

think of what a good person you are. Think of how easy it is to
share your thoughts and feelings with the people you Love.
