Dear Sir:;
Thank you for the opportunity given to quote for the above captioned project and with reference
to the instructions regarding this proposal, we are pleased to submit our price as follows:

A.

SCOPE OF WORKS
1. Soil boring - Php 30,000.00 per borehole at hard strata.
2. Standard Penetration Test (SPT) including disturbed sampling five (5)
feet interval using 2.0 inch outside diameter and 1 1/3 inside diameter split
spoon sampler driven to a depth of 12 inches after an initial penetration of 6
inches by 140 lbs. hammer falling from a height of 30 inches.
3. Testing of selected soil samples taken from the boring.
4. Distribution of subsurface conditions encountered in the field.
5. Recommendation on type and depth of foundations, geotechnical
engineering criteria for the foundation design.

B.

CHARGES
For the above Scope of Work our fee is SIXTY THOUSAND
PESOS ONLY ( Php 60,000.00 ), for two (2) boreholes including
mobilization / demobilization, laboratories and evaluation.

C.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Clients shall locate boreholes.
2. Clients shall provide location plan.
3. Mobilization: Upon receipt of Notice To Proceed and Downpayment.
4. Payment:
a. Downpayment: Fifty percent (50%) of the total price
b. Balance: Upon submission of Final Report
5. Completion Time: Five (5) working days.
