SUPER FLEX CEILING

The ceiling grid was fabricated with Aluminum and it was hanged from roof purlins using
binding wires. The grid was made up from
Aluminum cross tee
Aluminum main tee
Aluminum wall angle
First, lines were marked on the walls at ceiling height. Then wall angles were fixed to the
walls along marked lines using concrete nails. On wall angles, main tees were placed
perpendicular to purlins and cross tees were placed parallel to purlins. Cross tees were hanged
from purlins using binding wires. Finally super flex sheets were placed on the frames.

FIXING ALUMINIUM WINDOWS

The reveals of the window openings were constructed to the sizes of the frames adding
5mm for vertical and horizontal dimensions. As W-1200*2050 window frame the opening sizes
are 1205*2055. Then the frame was put in to the openings and marked the positions where
rallplugs are fixed. Then by using rallplug the frames were fixed to the reveals.
The sashes of the frames are fixed using aluminium rivets. All the glass windows are
openable and most of them fixed with glass louvers. After fixing aluminium windows the small
gap with the reveals was filled with silicon.
