Develop the Talent Management and Staffing function that address business needs
and is in line with the HR strategy
Develop the strategic framework to design and implement the talent acquisition
strategies to attract and retain the top talent
Design and implement a candidate database
Build a talent identification and development program ensuring the talent pipeline
supports the business growth
Review the performance management programme and integrate with the other HR
Processes
Design and drive the implementation of a compentency framework
Translate future market trends in talent initiatives to ensure the talent existed in the
right number and skills.
Design, develop and implement development interventions
Develop the Staffing and Talent team and ensure the services offered meets the
highest customers expectations ( where by customer we mean the candidate, the
employee, the manager)
Requirements
FAIST Light Metals Division is one of the four Business Divisions of FAIST Industrial
Group. It is a leading supplier of high value-added aluminium die casting, precision
machining and surface plating of components and assemblies for the mobile
communications network equipment industry, the global automotive industry and other
industrial fields such as energy management, power tools and household. FAIST Light
Metals is a key supplier to important Telecomm Network OEMs and Automotive Tier 1
worldwide. Currently the Division operates on three continents in seven manufacturing
plants, located in Germany, Italy, Romania, China (2), Mexico and US, which aim to offer
to the customers a complete one-stop shop manufacturing services worldwide, ranging
from custom part design, prototyping, tool and part manufacturing, finishing, assembly and
logistics. FAIST Light Metals Division employs over 2000 people and is a rapidly growing
organisation which is expected to expand further in the next few years.
