FAIST Light Metals Romania is seeking a Staffing and Talent Expert -to contribute to the
companys growth through the development and executing the implementation of the
organizationals plans from the talent perspective, organizational capability, performance,
leadership, and people.
The Staffing and Talent role is an integral piece of the HR team and will play a critical role
in support of both short and long-term business objectives with the overall goal of
attracting, developing and retaining the best talent for the organization. This role is based
in Oradea, Romania and reports to the Human Resources Director.
Core Responsibilities:

Develop the Talent Management and Staffing function that address business needs
and is in line with the HR strategy
Develop the strategic framework to design and implement the talent acquisition
strategies to attract and retain the top talent
Design and implement a candidate database
Build a talent identification and development program ensuring the talent pipeline
supports the business growth
Review the performance management programme and integrate with the other HR
Processes
Design and drive the implementation of a compentency framework
Translate future market trends in talent initiatives to ensure the talent existed in the
right number and skills.
Design, develop and implement development interventions
Develop the Staffing and Talent team and ensure the services offered meets the
highest customers expectations ( where by customer we mean the candidate, the
employee, the manager)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or

related area preferred
Experience in an environment with demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition,
Talent Management and Change
5 - 10 years experience is preferred
Willigness to balance strategic objectives development with a more hands on
approach
Exceptional Communication, Change Management and Influencing skills
Business Acumen
Passion for Results ( including sense of urgency and getting things done)
Advanced English Skills
Advanced MS Office Skills
