MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
I, _______________________ of _________________ Department,
University roll no. __________________ agrees to the terms and
conditions stated below. I shall be a part of Team UGKC
from now onwards and I , pledge to take the onus of the
pride and honour of Chitkara University throughout the
endeavor. I completely understand that I am a part of this
project with my own will without any mental or any other
kind of pressure. Any wastage of money caused by
individual or whole team will be my own responsibility and
I will not blame University for the same.
Terms and Conditions:
1. No student shall be exempted from giving exams. You have
to appear for minimum 2 internal college exams and all
your final evaluation exams.
2. You should abide to all the laws and regulations of the
university and if found guilty the university has the right to
take appropriate actions.
3. You should be responsible for any damage caused to the Teams or
University belongings due to your carelessness or by will.
4. You should be present in all the Team meetings and any
events that are organized by Team or University and
requires your presence.
5. Team leader reserves the right to eliminate any team
member who is found guilty or misbehaves or not taking
part in teams affairs.
6. You should be responsible for the Universitys and Teams reputations
at the event and university reserves the right to take strict actions if
you are found guilty of putting Universitys reputation at stake.
7. A limited number of students will be going to represent Chitkara
University at the event and that would be judged on the basis of your
punctuality, performance and behavior towards other team members.

The University is not answerable to you for its decisions.

8. You should not discuss teams and universitys confidential matters and
if found doing so a strict action shall be taken against you.

9. You cannot leave the team until the project is completed. However If
you want to leave then a proper justification and 15 days prior notice
need to be given and only after necessary approval from the
management, you shall be allowed to quit.
10.
At any stage, you indemnify that apart from the Team
Spokesperson, no team member has the appropriate permission to
speak publicly on Team affair unless otherwise stated or permission
granted from Management.
11.
To solemnly indemnify this Memorandum of understanding your
Monetary team contribution shall be deposited in the Team UGKC 2017 Funding Account to initiate the project and adequate adherence
to the payment deadlines is mandatory. No funds will be refunded in
any case if you leave the team after signing this agreement.

This Memorandum of Understanding is valid from 19-092016 to 10-03-2017 Signed on this day of
