Context

Seeking an individual who has expertise in SCCM and application packaging.

Implement and manage SCCM. This position requires expertise in Windows
7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 Deployment processes, Image Development
and deployment with MDT and SCCM OSD

Job Description

The responsibilities of the role:

Should have a deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software

distribution, Patch Management using SCCM
Should have deep knowledge in Image Management using SCCM
Should have very sound knowledge on various Imaging engines and
Windows7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 imaging technology
Should be able to develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch
etc...)
Should have sound understanding on Package server, Task server,
PXE server concepts
Should be strong in troubleshooting Windows server/client and
Networking issues
Should be strong in troubleshooting server side as well as client side
issue
Should be able to create custom scripts for gathering the inventory
from clients
Should be able to handle test and release of applications and Patches
using SCCM
Should have the knowledge of SCCM Client management Suite all
Levels.
Should be able generate custom reports using SQL queries.
Expertise in Installation, Design and Managing SCCM Deployment
Server Infrastructure
Expertise in performing upgrade and restore of SCCM
Infrastructure and Database
Should be able to resolve the tasks escalated by L1 and L2 teams.
Managing the SCCM database and performance tuning and should
have little knowledge of Database clustering in regard for SCCM.
Should be able to set various access controls on the Application
portal in SCCM
SCCM 2007, 2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge
including troubleshooting, design, and implementation
Full understanding of SCCM 2007, 2012 Hierarchy including
setup/troubleshooting
Develop image deployment solutions for different flavors of
Windows Operating Systems.
Ability to create Advertisement/Collections/Packages within an
SCCM 2007, 2012 environment.
Create Technical documentation (e.g. Administrators Manuals,
User guide)
Provide 3rd level desktop management support for custom in-house
and KPMG standard applications where time and quality is of the
essence.
Ensure optimization and performance of the hardware and virtual
infrastructure
Experience with an environment that has multiple VLANs

At least 7 years experience in Infrastructure planning and deploying

Windows Servers and SCCM
Experience with Microsoft SCCM, OSD, Task Sequences, Microsoft SMS,
Microsoft BDD
Basic knowledge of MSI technology
Expertise in performing upgrade and restore of SCCM Infrastructure
and Database
Expertise in Installation, Design and Managing SCCM Deployment
Server Infrastructure
Should have sound knowledge on Active Directory, Networking
protocols and Subnetting
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for
obtaining solution
Strong interpersonal skills and personality with high customer service
orientation
