BALIK HANDOG RAFFLE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES

1. DISTRIBUTION/SELLING OF BOOKLETS/TICKETS
a. Each ticket is attached to a stub where the name of the donor and the solicitor shall be
written for proper identification.
b. Each ticket costs Php50.00 or a total of Php1,000.00 per booklet.
c. Only Head Servant Leaders of Chapels (HSLs) will collect the tickets from the Parish
Finance Council (PFC) and must sign an acknowledgment receipt. HSLs are also assigned
to distribute the tickets to other ministries and mandated groups. They also the ones
responsible for collection of payment and remittance. All tickets are considered SOLD
once they are distributed.
d. Each chapel has been allocated a specific amount of tickets for sale and/or distribution:

Our Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel - Dela Costa
Immaculate Conception Chapel - Victory
Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel - Guadanoville
Our Lady of Pillar Chapel - Midway
San Isidro Labrador Chapel - Catmon
Holy Family Chapel - Sanana
Our Lady of Fatima Chapel -Upper Lower Little Baguio

e. Requests for additional booklets may be granted provided that the first allocation shall
have been paid.
2. RAFFLE DRAW
a. The raffle draw will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2015 in Holy Cross Parish
Church at 7:00 P.M. All raffle stubs should be properly remitted and placed inside the
tambiolo on or before 7:00 P.M.
b. A rolli g dru or ta iolo ill e used in drawing the winning ticket numbers and
will be manually drawn from the container in a random manner.
c. Only paid tickets certified by the Pastoral Finance Council and the Parish Office will be
included in the draw.
d. Ticket holders need not be present during the actual raffle draw date.
e. Ticket holders may win only once. He/she will automatically get the prize of higher
value, should his/her name be drawn more than once.

b. The solicitor of a winning ticket will receive 10% of the winning prize as an incentive.
This applies only to the 3 major prizes.

4. HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE


a. All winners can claim their prizes at the Holy Cross Parish Office during office hours
except Mondays.
b. Winners should present the following when claiming the prize: the winning raffle stub

c. In the case the winner is unable to claim his/her prize, a duly authorized person may be
sent. The authorized representative must present an authorization letter signed by the
raffle winner, 1 valid I.D. of the raffle winner, 1 valid I.D. of the representative and the
winning raffle stub.
5. REMITTANCE OF TICKETS
a. HSLs of Chapels shall remit their payments at the Parish Office where they will be issued
an official receipt. I

b. HSLs shall remit their payments at the Parish Office every 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the
month, starting August 6, during office hours.
c. Deadline for remittance will be on (please specify date&time).
6. DISTRIBUTION OF PROCEEDS/INCENTIVES
a. Local Council Share - 70% ) 20% Sellers share
