It is a fact that though centeries many changies have taken place in our societies worldwide in
many sections of life affectting our quality life. On e of those transitions could be considered the
working life in combination with personal life and techonolgy progress.
Especially , focusing in the ninteenth century till today the third revolution or the industry
progress have affected the conditions of life dramaticcaly in comparison with the past,
improving our life. One the one hand, throught this century have been a decreasing trend on
working hours and as consequence peolple have more free time. Moreover modern technology
could be charachterised as an other factor tht has an impact on life quality improvement
though labour saving devices mainly in communication sector such as computer, mobile phone
and fax. Devicies that have simlfy our life and especially the distance between people and time
comsuming .Although there are some disadvantages that are noteworthed though the stream of
this progresive steps such as mentioned, that commuting ,unofficial overtime,and the deman of
family. For instance the distances between our work and houses are larger than the past and the
trafic jam .The competition is increased in the market since the long term unemployiment rates
have gone up respectivelly. However there are some aspects that come up not with the our
empacipation but and the market in general. In comparison with the early past, the role o f
women has changed ,they have been more educated and emancipated fact that drive for them to
be more demanding with themself and their needs. Since this fact is considered as intelectual
prospect. Because woman,s needs are not explicit merely to have a finanacial income but they
scope to have a sucesfull carier in their life as acception from the society and their personal
aspiration. To some extent people are becaming more selfish and for some of them ,family is
considered as a second choise in comparion with carrier and overtime hours function as a excuse
for tasks to be acomplished and to be more ando more competitive. It is known that the oficcial
working hours are stable but there are some loopholes that allow people to overcome them
,since this is a exploited situation .Consquantly the needs of the people today are oriented more
in their own personal improvment rather in the spheric improvemnet of a family seucess.
To conclude with people are more educated today and open minded, factors that are
charachterised as intelelectual prospects to seperate the significance and the truth of their
needs. :They have to considered more the balance inside them and, by extension ,this fact will be
mirored in every aspect and it will have a bearing on their life as well as the working life and
personal life.
