22 October 2016 Convocation & Awards Presentation Ceremony
Congratulations for having successfully completed your studies with SEGi College Subang Jaya.
It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the Convocation & Awards Presentation Ceremony during which you will be
conferred your Diploma or Certificate. The details are as follows:
Date
: 22 October 2016, Saturday
Time : 8.00am to 1.00pm
Venue : Multipurpose Hall, SEGi University
(No: 9, Jalan Teknologi, Taman Sains Selangor, Kota Damansara, PJU 5, 47810 Petaling
Jaya, Selangor)
The ceremony will commence at 11.00am sharp followed by a lunch reception. You may bring a maximum of
TWO (2) guests (STRICTLY NO children under the age of 12 years) to the ceremony.
Kindly ensure that all outstanding fees are cleared prior to confirming your attendance.
A full dress rehearsal will be held on 21 th October. Please ensure that you collect your academic gown prior to the
rehearsal.

Reminder: Please fill and return the Graduate Questionaire to the Registry or email to nurulain@segi.edu.my.

Convocation Package
For Diploma is RM170.00 per graduand and includes:

The payment for each guest is RM65.00 (maximum TWO (2) guests only)
For Certificate, Foundation & IMD is RM120.00 per graduand and includes:

Packaged Convocation Photographs:
11R - 1 copy (Full-pose)
8R - 1 copy (Half-pose)
5R - 1 copy (Full-pose)

1 CD
(iii)
Rental of Academic Gown
(iv)
1 Certificate Folder
(v)

The payment for each guest is RM65.00 (maximum TWO (2) guests only)
Payment
Payment must be made to Bursary not later than 10 October 2016.
Academic Gown
Collection:

From 19 October 2016 to 20 October 2016, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Registry, 1 st Floor, SEGi College
Subang Jaya.
The deposit for the academic gown must be in cash of RM200.00. Please make the payment upon
collecting the academic gown.

The deposit will be banked in 3 weeks after the academic gown is returned (in good condition).
Group Photograph will be taken during the rehearsal. Kindly be appropriately attired.

Dress Code:
Formal Attire for Graduands and Guests.
(No slippers, no sneakers, no Jeans, no T-Shirt and for ladies, no shorts and no short skirt)
