CT STUDY OF LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE

Scoliosis of lumbar spine is seen with convexity to left.

Anterior and lateral osteophytes are seen


arising from lumbar
vertebra . Height of L3 vertebra is reduced in right half.

Disc space is reduced between L2-L3 and L3-L4 lumbar vertebrae.

Extradural fat planes are maintained.

No abnormal paraspinal soft tissue shadow is seen.

Posterior elements are seen normally.

Facet joints are normally seen.

Spinal canal in AP dimension are normal.

Bilateral SI joints are seen normally. No evidence of any erosion or


sclerosis is seen.

OPINION:

OSTEOARTHRITIC
CHANGES
DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE
SPINE .

LUMBAR
SPINE
WITH
WITH SCOLIOSIS OF LUMBAR
