of hundreds of millions $$$ to the company and the avoidance of building a new data center. Created Change
Requests, Work Orders, and Work Requests for decommission. Weekly project updates and notifications to LOB,
project team, and my group. I built relationships across the organization.

Identified VM server monitoring gap during Decom and gathered the IT resources to review, address, and
resolve the issues.

Pilot and production review of new server delivery system (STSP) identified issues, wrote them up and
