INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Please read the details given in the Prospectus carefully, before applying for admission.
2.
Ensure details given in the application form are accurate and in accordance with your
Form B, issued by NADRA.
3.
The photographs must be latest and duly attested by the Principal/Headmaster of the last
school/college attended.
4.
Attach bank draft of Rs 1,400/- with the application form as registration fee. The draft should
be in the name of Principal Cadet College Kallar Kahar, to be drawn on MCB Kallar Kahar or NBP Chokara
Branch Kallar Kahar.
5.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
6.
The application form must be sent under registered cover or through courier, addressed to the
Principal of Cadet College Kallar Kahar.
