Things you need to become a good worker or for working well as a team

Many people work alone and think it's better this way, but they are wrong
because we need to learn to work with the people around us, working together.
This is very important in the world of business, like said Margerison
"Success or failure in business is the result of whether people can work
together effectively as a team
However, there are people who like to work in a team, but do not know how.
We consider three things for make a good work in a team such as be
communicator, help each other and be honest.
First, the communication within the team is essential, as it means easier among
group members and if this feature the team does not understand and work is
bad is not found, plus they have a low yield and have a bad appearance against
other teams. Also, for good teamwork, it is important that members help each
other, because everyone appreciates a hand occasionally. Do not hesitate to
help others. This causes the person to establish friendly relations with
colleagues and keeps the office running smoothly which in turn is appreciated
by employers. Finally, the honesty is essential because it gives a degree of
significance to their work and even more if a team, because it is a selfassessment of knowledge and value that is done with the team increases,
besides that you test analytical and self-reflexive part. A good working member
learn about their mistakes and recognize team. Then, accept constructive
criticism and is always willing to learn with your team .
Teamwork is very beneficial for society, a great example is when the earthquake
occurred in Ecuador, many people came together to work together and help
those affected, sending food along with moral support. This is similar to the
natural
disaster that occurred in New Jersey, when Hurricane Katrina hit the city leaving
many serious disasters, people worked together to build houses for the victims.
In conclusion, a good team is formed by elements such as communication,
support and honesty, giving better performance to help other people, as in the

case of the above examples, where with effort and dedication could accomplish
great stuff.
