HOW TO MAKE

ORANGE MIXED CARROTS JUICE

INGREDIENTS:

500 grams of sweet orange

200 grams of carrots

250 ml of boiled water

2 tablespoons of sugar

Ice cubes sufficiently

EQUIPMENT:

2 large glasses

Tablespoons

Fruit knife

Blender

STEP:

Wash the carrots and orange fruits with clean water.

Peel the oranges and separate the seeds.

Cut the carrots into small.

Mix the orange and carrot into a blender

Add sugar and ice cubes sufficiently.

Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
