OF`s husband use to work with Mr Goins son in law. Mr Goins was talking to the
husband and was not paying attention the OF. Later he found that his medication
was missing. Mr Goins said he tried to call them, they did not answer. So he left a
message on their answering machine. Telling them to call him or he is going to call
the police. Mr Goins stated that they are staying at Payton Place and drives a silver
car.

victim. Reporter stated that during the listed time the gas station was very busy and
an unknown offender pumped $18.06 in unleaded gasoline into the suspect vehicle
and drove off without paying. Reporter did not have a description of the unknown
offender or the suspect vehicle.

Upon speaking with the victim, she stated her ex-boyfriend has been sending
threats via text message for approximately a week. The victim stated the offender
showed up to her home threatening to do damage to her other apartment that the
offender has stayed at on several occasions and is currently in possession of a key
to the apartment. Once officers arrived, the victim stated the offender took off
running behind her home and left in a red car. The victim was given case number
and information on how to file a protective order.

Officers were dispatched to the area of IGA and McDonalds on N. Main St for a
subject who looked like he had been assaulted. Officers located the victim at the
west exit / entry door of IGA at 200 N Main St. The victim had several
lacerations on the top and back of his head. It is unknown what the victim was
struck with.
The victim could only advise that he had been assaulted. He could not advise
where the assault took place, who the offender was or what they looked like.
The victim did not have any shoes. The victim could not advise if they were
stolen during the assault.

Mapes 2014 Dodge Dart was sitting on the street in front of Mapes house at 1400
Adams. The neighbor at 1401 Adams states that at about 0030 hrs he heard a loud
bang like a gunshot, went to look and at that time saw nothing. When Mapes came
out the next morning, he noticed the front passenger side door window was broken
out and a red brick was laying in the drivers seat of the car.
Mapes wifes small purse with money and personal items was taken from the cup
holder in the console of the vehicle.

Victim advised she was in her back yard when her husband came through the gate
and demanding keys to the vehicle. The victim advised she took off running down
the alley and then started back. The suspect caught her and pushed her to the
ground in the alley. He then tried grabbing the keys and scratched her hands
during the struggle. She also had abrasions to her legs and was complaining of
pain. She said he also snatched her cell phone from her when she tried calling 911
but her son arrived and was able to retrieve the phone. The victim advised they
have been married and living together since April. The suspect has a previous
conviction for felony DV battery and had an outstanding warrant on him for DV
battery against the victim.

the United Caring Shelter and one of them jumped him in the ally causing a cut
above his eye. Dewig stated they chased each other through the alleys downtown
before he called the police.

Zheng states that when she went home on the night of the 20th, she did not notice
the damage. On the way to work on the morning of the 21st, Zheng noticed the
cracked window.
When officer arrived, there was a spot on the passenger side window where it had
been hit by a pellet. Also there were dents and chipped paint where the door on the
front passenger side had been hit with pellets.
When asked if this could have happened at home, Zheng strongly said no, because
it is a good neighborhood.

Kennedy and the suspect are in a relationship and are living together at 1318
Marshal. Kennedy and the suspect are having major relationship problems and on
the afternoon of the 21st, the suspect took Kennedy`s car and in the process of
leaving, the suspect hit Kennedy with the car. Kennedy was trying to pull the
suspect from the vehicle when the suspect was leaving. Kennedy received injuries
to her left knee and left elbow. These were bleeding abrasions. AMR was refused
for treatment.

refused, the offender became irritated. He pulled down the window blinds and
grabbed the victim by the throat. With his hand still around the victim`s neck, the
offender pushed the victim into the living room wall. The victim advised that the
IO was in the kitchen during the incident which is the room adjacent to the room
where the incident occurred. The offender then fled the scene prior to officers
arriving on scene. The victim was advised how to apply for a protective order.
She also refused medical treatment on scene.

her sit on a curb. Ofc Brewer began gathering subjects information. Ofc Brewer
asked offender 1 for her full name and she provided the name of "Jamie Green"
with a D.O.B of 8-16-86. Ofc Brewer ran that name through RMS/NCIC and could
not get a return. Ofc Brewer asked for consent to search offender 1 and it was
granted. Ofc Brewer found a citation in her pants pocket with a different name that
was given to officers. Ofc Brewer asked offender 1 did she lie about her name and
she informed officers that she did.

reporter. The reporter states she owns the house next door 2614 Bellemeade Ave
and just listed it for sale with FC Tucker. The reporter was advised that the same
house is listed on Craigs to be rented for $500 dollars. The unknown person who
posted the Ad on Craigs list email address is "holyfans45@gmail.com". Reporter
stated that there may be some people mad at her but would not elaborate any
further. The Realtor posted another sign in the lawn, stating its not for rent. The
reporter was advised from the realtor that his happens occasionally.

spoke with the victim. Victim stated he was in Jacobville Park at Maryland St. and
Barker Ave when the listed offender confronted him about stealing his property.
Victim stated he denied doing so and the offender began repeatedly punching him
on the right side of the face. Victim had some redness and swelling.
Victim was given a case number and advised how to pursue charges.

around. She found the safe in her bedroom closet was pried open but nothing was
missing. It appeared that offender entered through the rear window of the house
and exited through the side door. The victim was unable to locate anything missing

Officers were dispatched to 11 W Iowa for a person with a gun run. The run card
advised that a group of subjects are throwing fire extinguisher and another subject
pulled a gun out.
Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the victims, Ian Boyd and Dennis
Barker. Boyd informed officers that they left his home on his bike to go buy
minutes for his phone from Metro PCS (610 N Main). Both subjects were at
Main/Columbia when a Ford Expedition (IN truck plate-TK808MPX) pulled next
to Boyd. The front seat passenger (offender) was wearing a white mask, a orange
hoodie, with white shorts. The offender displayed a handgun and pointed it in the
direction of Boyd and Barker. Boyd and the offender exchanged words and the
vehicle traveled south bound on Main St.
Boyd and Dennis went inside of Metro PCS and made a purchase. Both parties
exited the store and walked west bound on Iowa when the described vehicle
appeared from an ally. The offender exited the passenger side and removed his
mask. Boyd stated he recognized the offender from middle school and a verbal
altercation ensued. A short physical altercation occurred and Boyd grabbed a fire
extinguisher from a nearby truck. The offender pulled a gun out and Boyd hit the
offender with the extinguisher. Boyd and Barker informed the offender they were
calling the police and he fled to 11 W Iowa.
Ofc Murray and Seibert arrived on scene and spoke to the offender, who was
wearing white shorts. He denied having a firearm or attacking Boyd. Officers
asked for consent to search the vehicle and it was denied by the offender and the
owner of the vehicle, Nicholas Elliot.
I spoke to a witness, Nathan Huffman, who was standing outside of 523 N Main
(Lucky Lady) during the event. Huffman stated Boyd and Barker were confronted
by the offender and Elliot at Main/Iowa. Huffman stated a physical altercation
ensude when the offender pulled out a handgun. Boyd then attacked the offender
with a fire extinguisher and the offender ran west bound while taking off his
orange hoodie.
Boyd and Barker was given a case number.

officers spoke with Tara Cordell (victim), who stated that the offender struck her
vehicle causing right front damage. Cordell stated that she knows the offender
through her husband.
Cordell stated that the suspect vehicle was an white older model Chevy Astro van
with "I Love You" written on the right side of the window. There was white paint
transfer on the victim`s vehicle.

Officers were dispatched to the 3500 block of Monroe Ave regarding a hit and
run accident with injury. Officers arrived and found the victim, T. Bishop, laying
on the sidewalk in pain. Officer noticed Bishop`s right upper arm was skinned up,
and she was complaining of pain to her side, back, and neck.
The reporter, C. Sloan, stated she received a call from Bishop stating she had
just been hit by a vehicle and was outside the apartments. C. Sloan stated Bishop
only has been in Evansville for approximately one week and was dating Monica
Williams who lives on the corner on Lombard.
Bishop stated she was in the road walking eastbound and was struck from
behind by an unknown vehicle. Bishop was transported to St. Mary`s for
treatment by AMR # 1112.
Officers noticed vehicle tire tracks in the grass leading southbound from
Monroe Ave towards the Jackson Ave parking area of the Arbors apartments. The
vehicle had struck a plastic cable box in the grass knocking the plastic box off. It
appeared to not have any damage.
