52A Design ,Supply ,testing and comissionning

SWITCHGEAR) Indoor switchgear panels
along with Bus bar, CTs,PTs etc.,complete
as per the Technical specification and
single Line diagram in all respects to
satisfy the scheme and comprising of
following:
NOTE 1: Accuracy class& Burden of CTs
shall be designed to match the
requirement.
NOTE 2: Accuracy class& Burden of PTs
shall be designed to match the
requirement.
NOTE 3: Main& Back up protection shall
be provided. NOTE 4: Complete switch
gear panels shall be SAS compatible.
NOTE 5: Metering instruments such as
ammeter, voltmeter& TVM etc shall be
provided . a) for 10 nos feeders with main
and check CT with 0.2 S CL 5VA and for
PTs 02 CI 10 VA burden . The bidder shall
furnish prices for metering CTs(6Nos)&PT
s(6 Nos) for 33KV Incoming Feeder i,e for
item no 'C' in seperate sheet .(The bidder
also has to provide necessary earthing
trucks).

COMMERCIAL TERMS
1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at Different Locations.
2. EXCISE DUTY: Shall be charged extra @ 12.5% for Structures/Towers/Bolts/Washers/CTs/PTs/CVTs
because these will be billed through our Manufacturing unit Mini Engineering Works, Ghaziabad and
separate Purchase Order shall have to be issued for above mentioned items in favour Mini
Engineering Works, Ghaziabad to adjust the Excise duty. For rest of the items Excise duty shall be NIL.
2. The prices quoted by us are variable as per standard IEEMA/CACAMI FORMULA without any ceiling. The base
date will be as on 01/12/2015.
3. SALES TAX: 2% against form C for dispatch outside U.P. 5.0% VAT within U.P. If form C is not available,
then full rate of tax will be applicable as per sales tax rules.
4. DELIVERY: As per your delivery schedule.
5. PAYMENTS: 50% uncon diti onal advance alongwith order; and balance 50% alongwith full taxes
and duties against Proforma Invoice before dispatch.
6. VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period 30 days from the date of our Offer.
7. PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted rates of
the switchgear suppliers mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent
increase in the rates of these switchgears on account of price revisions or increase in taxes / duties /
levies shall be charged extra to your account.
8.
WARRANTEE: 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning of
Transformer, whichever is earlier under normal working condition.
9.
INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of control panels shall be carried out at our works. We would
welcome the deputation of your authorized representative for witnessing the final testing at our works
with prior appointment at mutually convenient schedules.
10. Form C or any other applicable form shall be submitted at the time of taking delivery. If the form is
not submitted then difference of Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we receive the Form.
11. FREIGHT: Freight shall be charged extra as per actuals.
12. PACKING: Shall be charged extra @ 4%.

13. Painting :- The Rates quoted above are for, All ferrous parts exposed to the atmosphere shall be painted as
per IS 5, shade 631, however since these equipments are meant for Outdoor use, for rust free performance,
we suggest Hot dip galvanizing, charges for which are detailed below:220 kV : Rs. 6500/- per unit Extra
14. Our Offered items are strictly as per your technical specification, hence, no deviation .
15. VENDOR APPROVAL: Shall be in your Scope, if required.
16. Make: All the materials shall be provided from Approved Vendor of APPDCL.
