The case of died being struck by flying object, A male worker was found
dead near the threshing machine located in factory Gelang Patah, Johor. He
is believed being hit by flying metal fragment as he was trying to check the
troubled threshing machine. The victim, an Malaysian identified as halim, 32
is said trying to troubleshoot the threshing maching while other threshing
machine still running. He use a 20 feet ladder to check the upper part of
machine. The flying metal struck on the left side of his head just above the
left eyes. He fell to the ground and eventually passed out. Fellow workers
transported him to the hospital. He died approximately two days later.
