Two maps below show an island, before and after construction of some tourist facilities.

Answer :
The given picture compares two stages of an island, before and after the construction for
tourism. According to the map before construction, there were only trees and beach which
was not enough to facilitate the tourists. Therefore most of the area of the island was empty.
There wasn't any special facility to provide to the tourists.
According to map after construction, it can be seen very clearly that, significant changes have
been done to increase the attraction of island while trees and plants were not removed to
establish an island for tourism.
Many facilities were established to provide the tourists like accommodation, restaurants,
reception center, pier for boating, beach, footpaths and vehicle tracks. All the developments
were made near the beach area.
Beside, footpaths were made to access the accommodation area and beach area while road
tracks were made to drive through restaurants, reception center and pier for boating.
In conclusion, after construction the island got ready to provide numerous facilities to
tourists. Furthermore, trees and plants were present to give pleasure to its tourists and not
cutting them was a good idea for a tourist place like this island. The whole construction feels
like has been made with a good planning.

2. Write about the following topic ( write at least 300 word)

Some people say that the best way to improve public health in rural area is by increasing the
number of sanitation facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on
public health and that other measures are required.
Answer :
To improve public health some people suggest that the sanitation can play a vital role.
It is said that Healthy living begins with a healthy single action. By increasing the number
of sanitation facilities we can create an environment clean, healthy and free from disease.The
minds of raw youth can also be directed towards healthy activities through sanitation
promotion.
However, some people believe that sanitation facilities alone are not sufficient to improve
public health. There are many socio-economic factors that gravely affect the public health,
such reducing of water contamination, sports, rampant population & pollution, lack of
hygienic manners and worst law & order situation. These factors are need to be address to
improve public health.
Sanitation facilities are very important for public health either directly or indirectly.
Environmental sanitation are the acculturation of clean living is to prevent yourself and the
environment from direct contact with dirt or discharge of other hazards that aims to maintain
and improve human health. Environmental sanitation is very important for our lives.
To realize the environmental sanitation could be done with such efforts as follows: providing
the clean water, pay attention to the drain, throw garbage in its place and fixing the exhaust
system.
In the other hand, other measures like reducing of water contamination, sports,
environmental pollution, air and sound pollution etc. are important to improve public health.
Doctors always prescribe for fresh air which is very important for healthiness. Moreover,
there are number of deadly viruses transmits via air and water. So, if we can reduce air and
water pollution, it will help to improve public health certainly. Beside this, doctors always
prescribe to walk in the morning for controlling various diseases like diabetes
Finally, everybody needs to understand the reasons behind health deterioration. All specialist
doctor related to public health emphasize on the importance of pollution free environment
and sports related activities helps the people in leading a healthy lifestyle. In my opinion,
various measures need to be taken to improve public health by the appropriate authority
rather than concentrating on a particular issue like increasing sanitation facilities only.
