1) Check and inspect fire trucks for A-1 condition.
2) Respond emergency in the safest and shortest way to the scene.
3) Inspect for all the equipments on assign firetrucks.
4) Inspect water level and foam level.
5) To protect life property by combating, extinguishing and preventing fires.
6) Responding immediately and safely to emergency calls and request for
assistance.
7) Attending emergency incidents, spillages of dangerous substance, and rail, air
crashes.
8) Rescuing trapped people and animals.
9) Minimizing distress and suffering, including giving first aid before ambulance
crew arrives.
10)

Safeguarding their own and other peoples personal safety at all times.

11)Responding quickly to unforeseen circumstances as they arise.

12)

Cleaning up and checking the site after dealing with an incident.

13) Taking time to become familiar w/ local streets, roads and building around
their own and nearby fire stations in.
14) Maintaining and inspect assisting in the testing of fire hydrants and
checking emergency water supplies.
15) Undertaking drills and physical training and taking part in training on
techniques, use of equipment and related matters.
16) Maintaining the level of physical fitness necessary to carry out all duties of
a firefighter.
