LMSs can be a
great tool for
students with

Teachers can
create a LMS

students take
tests online
through an LMS
platform,
students who
take a modified

Teachers can also

create fun

platforms. Creating
tools like these can

Reflection:
Learning about collaboration techniques and LMSs has been my favorite part of this course. These two tools have made me
extremely excited about becoming a teacher. I have already started to use my Pinterest board by filling it up with lesson plan
ideas and pedagogical techniques. I think learning about how to communicate with other teachers around the country, and
communicating with students and their families by utilizing LMSs are two essential parts of being a successful educator. It is hard
to expand out of your comfort zone and branch out from routine, but 21 st century technology has made this easier. I think every
educator should implement an LMS in their classroom to keep communication between home and school flowing. Also, a teacher
will stop being effective if they do not change their strategies and lesson ideas. Sites such as Pinterest help teachers stay on their
feet and have access to new ideas all the time.
