The measurement for baseline will be carried out through quantitative and qualitative
methods and helped by mobile survey. Therefore, the suggesting data collection
techniques to be applied are:

have children aged 0-59,9 months)
Children Survey (Ask them clearly of how their parents protecting children, let
children confess what they feeling of their activity at PAUD)
Household survey to asking about STBM programme

The amount of sample needed to HH survey and Youth survey are calculated using the
formula multi-stage cluster random survey method. The number of sample is: 33x6
SA= 198 sampling for HH Survey and the number of youth sample is: 33x6 SA = 198
sampling.
