Well, if you are looking for establishing a business of producing agarbattis, the first question
that goes to you is why agarbatti out of all the things? Taking your average age to be around
25, I am assuming that you have previously worked in some sector and it will be a good idea
to stick in the sector you are trained in. But, since you asked on Quora, and i am supposed to
answer, its not mandatory for you to require a machine right at the beginning if you are
looking at an average production rate with proper human resource and planning. The
training that you will need is be available on web, you just need to find it out. And regarding
funding and help by the government, there is a scheme by the government named as
PMEGP (Prime Ministers Employment Generation Program) which is targeted for helping
