MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB HOCKEY SECTION INC.

TIME: 7:30pm - SHARP.

• Opening address by Chairman

• Confirmation of the minutes of the last annual general meeting held 12 December 2008
• Treasurer’s Report
• Reports from each of the competition subcommittees on season 2009
• Election of Office Bearers and Committee
 Nomination form is attached with requirements
• Meeting divides for respective competition subcommittee meetings to elect subcommittee
members
• Meeting reconvenes to announce competition subcommittee members
• General business
 To transact any other business affecting the interests and welfare of the Section of which
due notice has been given, or for which leave is given.
 A member wishing to bring any business before a general meeting may give notice of that
business in writing to the secretary. The secretary must include that business in the notice
calling the next general meeting after the receipt of the notice unless the secretary considers
it to be defamatory, illegal, offensive or trivial.

Note - A member is not eligible to vote at general meetings if the member’s annual membership
fees or any other payments are overdue by more than seven days.

The Melbourne Cricket Club Hockey Section Inc. is proudly affiliated with but a separate entity
