Visa for India can be fast or take longer depending on the country you are coming from. We
will issue VISA invitation letter for the entire delegation once you have completed online
registration formalities. A copy of the delegation list will be shared with the Ministry of
Home Affairs, Govt. of India for vetting.

General Information
November is a peak tourist season in India with pleasant weather and plenty of sunshine.
Min and Max temperatures ranging 12 to 25 degree Celsius. Hotels and other prices are likely
to be on the upwards than usual.
Important
It is important for you all to share a forecast of teams and rooms required by your country
latest by 15th September to wrohelp@indiastemfoundation.org
It is recommended that you plan your arrival in Delhi starting 8 AM on 24th November and
be comfortable in your hotels latest by the night of 25th November.
You may plan to book extra nights beyond 27th November in other hotels in Delhi / elsewhere
as per your sightseeing plan.
Hotel Check-in time is 1:00 pm. In case of early check-in additional room night should be
booked.
