The 2nd Regular Session of the Sangguniang Bayan of San Jose, Batangas started with a call to order
23from the Presiding Officer at 9:50 AM with Hon. Celso G. Mandocdoc as non-attending. The prayer was led
24by Hon. Arnold D. Aguila. Hon. Ruel F. Ilao sought to include the Authority of the Municipal Mayor to
25Terminate the Provisions of the MOA with Barangay Taysan under Item 3.1.4. The Minutes of the 1 st Regular
26Session was next considered as Hon. Ruel F. Ilao moved that the oral reading of the Minutes be waived.
27After some corrections, the same was moved to be approved by Hon. Ruel F. Ilao and seconded by Hon.
28Marife E. Bathan.

On the corrections at the Internal Rules of Procedures of the Sangguniang Bayan, the Committee Vice31Chairmanships and Memberships of the Committees chaired by Hon. Celso G. Mandocdoc are still subject
32to reverifications.

35committees in the new administration.
