Cigarette

It is very easy and common to see people who are smoking

cigarette everywhere even in public places. The people know well
that the cigarette is really bad to their health, but they are still
smoking it. In addition, it does affect the smokers and also the
people nearly. For this point I would like to purpose three reasons to
show that cigarette can be dangerous for among people health, the
background of cigarette, disease occurred by cigarette, and how to
prevent cigarette harms.
As for the background, at beginning of cigarette is a native plant from in North
and South America. It is actually in the same group as the potato, pepper and the
poisonous nightshade, a very deadly plant (Randall, 1999). It is well know that in
side cigarette is contained with some kind of chemicals. One of them is called
Nicotine. It is a kind of addictive drug in common tobacco that really causes smokers
to continue to smoke. The smoker will need a certain degree of nicotine over a daybe
more addicted to to feel like they are normal (State Government of Victoria, 2015). It
leads people to be more addicted to the chemicals inside the cigarette, not only the
smokers but also the people around. The fact of cigarette from The Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (2014) has been found that in 2012 showed an
estimated 18.1% for 42.1 million U.S. adults who were addicted to cigarette smokers.
To be more clear in the estimated of these 78.4% for 33.0 million were smoking every
day, and 21.6% for 9.1 million were smoking only some days

Secondly, one of the most popular consequences from cigarette is to cause

very harmful diseases. A common one for people is the lung cancer. Mostly, the
Cancer is a disease which creates from the abnormal cells in the body and it grows out
of control. Whenever these kinds of cells are growing in people lungs, it will be called
lung cancer (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2014). The statistic of lung
cancer from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2014) stated that
although the death rates for COPD have decreased between 1999 (57.0 per 100,000)
and 2010 (47.6 per 100,000) in the among United States men, there is still no
significant change among the death rates in the women (35.3 per 100,000 in 1999 and
36.4 per 100,000 in 2010). In addition, the cigarette also leads people to get Asthma.
The information from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2014)
indicated that in 2012, there was an estimated number of U.S. 42.1 million adults
(18.1%) were on cigarette smoking. Of these, for 78.4% (33.0 million) are smoking
every day, and 21.6% (9.1 million) smoked only some days. Actually, less number of
them knows that the cigarette smoking brings them to the stroke disease.
As for the last one, it is about how people can prevent themselves from the
cigarette. Commonly it depends on people attitudes and perspectives that they will
want to take the smoking or not. For instance, if the people are really sick, people
could decide to to see doctor or not. Similary, the people who are addicted to the
cigarette can just easily prevent themselves by stop using cigarette, spend their free
time with favorite hobbies, or getting a qualified treatment in hospitalized
organizations where there are related to the smoking campaign. As for another side for
people who are not really smokers or the second hand smokers, they also can avoid to
be nearly with the persons who are smokers. Likely, if the smokers can stop using
cigarette, it would be also good to people around. This is an effective way to prevent;

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has

established a national toll-free quilting, called 800-QUIT-NOW, to
serve as an access point for any smokers looking for information
and current assistance in quitting from smoking.
In conclusion, In conclusion, cigarette give you a bad effect
such as, social, personality, health, etc. Also in one year people are
death cause of cigarette. Moreover, cigarette can harm people
around you. In another words, imagine that you eat something
rotten, so this is undeniable that it will be bad to your health. All of
this show you that how cigarette can be bad to your health. Then
how do you think about cigarette?
