Assistant Project Manager

(Sarawak)-1 Position
Responsibilities:
-Responsible in assisting the Project Manager on the day to day operations and overall
management of projects by ensuring goals set cut by the management are appropriately
carried out in accordance with policies and specifications
-Liaise with Government and/or agencies

Requirements:
-Aged between 35 to 45 years old.
-Bachelor or Masters Degree or Professinal qualification
-Minimum 8 to 12 years working experience in site management,planning and QA/QC
works,in the construction industry
-Possess effective management skills to achieve schedules and budgeted targets and the
ability to troube-shoot technical matters.
-Sound knowledge of project management,contract and insurance procedures
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Effective leadership personality with good working attitude,ability to plan,organize,meet
deadlines,work well under pressure

ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

(Sarawak)-1 Position
Responsiblities:
-Assist in checking sub-contractors interim payments.Assist in the measurement works for
the material ordering.Finalizing of contract provisional quantities of variation.Keep file of
subcontractors and material sales contracts.
Requirements:
-Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey,Engineering (Civil),or
equivalent
-Minimum 2 to 5 years related working experiences.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision

SUPERVISORS
(Civil & Structural)-4 Positions/SUPERVISORS
(Architectural)-5 Positions/SUPERVISORS
(Mechanical & Electrical)-2 Positions (Sarawak)
Responsibilities:
-Assist the construction manager in project planning and to coordiante and oversee all works
on site in the respective disciplines to ensure work deliverables
-Troubleshoot/resolve site situation/technical issues
-Require to coordinate with sub-contractors,consultants,and clients
-To ensure design optimization and that errors are kept to the minimum
Requirements:
-Certificate,Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering Building
Technology,Architecture,Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in construction projects,or
Building,or Architecture & infrastructure
works,or M&E works.

-Experience in site management,planning and QA/QC works,Those with experience in high

rise building will be an added advantage
-Good working attitude,ability to organize,plan,meet deadlines,work well under plan,meet
deadlines,work well under pressure and willing to work independently
-High commitment,self-motivated with good supervisory and technical expertise
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia or other dialexts and able to interact at all levels
-Willing to travel

Civil Engineer (Kuching, Sarawak)

Responsibilities :

To monitor and ensure all progress of construction works are timely

complete and follow the specifications and standards required.

To supervise and coordinate sub-contractors daily activities at project site.

To implement all policies, activities, procedures and safety inspections on

site as required.

Prepare progress reports and coordinate the implementation of the

contracts.

To liaise with project consultants to ensure all works are carried as per
drawings and specifications.

To control wastage and delivery of material to site and coordinate ordering

of construction material, machineries and etc.

To undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate

Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.

Must be team player, self motivation and independent.

Able to liase with consultants and sub-contractors

Strong leadership quality and capability of managing multi-disciplinary

works.

Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
