The Citizens will get the opportunity to end their winless run across all competitions
in the EFL Cup, where they take on rivals Manchester United on Wednesday. While
that's a vital match, manager PepGuardiola will prioritise the Premier League in the
long run, and a win at West Brom is needed.
It's too early to talk of a crisis at the Etihad Stadium, but after the fast start to the
season, Guardiola and his troops can't afford to lose momentum. As shared by Sky
Football, the manager is already being asked about mounting pressure:

Individual mistakes have cost the Sky Blues, and the attack has fallen silent after a
fast start to the season. Kevin De Bruyne, Sergio Agueroand Co. won't have it any
easier against West Brom, who have mainly stood out for their resilience in front of
their own goal.
The Baggies have conceded 10 goals so far, the best mark of all clubs ranked
outside of the top 10 in the standings. Manager Tony Pulisknows how to defend like

There's only one unbeaten team left, and Spurs will try to continue that run against
defending champions Leicester.
The Foxes have missed their start to the 2016-17 season, a likely consequence of
playing in Europe as well as domestically, but manager Claudio Ranieri's troops
remain a dangerous outfit.
As shared by BBC Sport's John Bennett, Shinji Okazaki played a key role in the win
over Crystal Palace, and his strong form has been key for the Foxes of late:

Tottenham have struggled recently, drawing their last two Premier League matches
and playing uninspired, drab football in the scoreless draw against Bournemouth.
Son Heung-Min's great form earlier this season masked some of the team's
offensive deficiencies, and those issues need to be addressed in a hurry.

United are expected to bounce back from the embarrassing 4-0 loss against Chelsea
in Week 9 when they host Burnley at Old Trafford in Week 10. Manager
Jose Mourinho will be focused on City to start the week, but with his team slowly
losing touch with the leaders, he has to make sure the Red Devils don't lose any
more ground.
Mourinho ran into a ton of criticism after Sunday's dreadful loss, and some,
like MisterChip (English), have already started to compare him to his predecessor:

Arsenal's impressive win streak came to an end againstMiddlesbrough, but the
Gunners will have the chance to bounce back against Sunderland, the only winless
club remaining in the Premier League.
