CLASS DESCRIPTION
The students in this beginner class are aged between 11-12. They are in their third year of
English, so they should be familiar with English grammar and vocabulary. They are
enthusiastic and looking forward to learn new things. They are still reluctant to speak in
English, but they express themselves in small sentences.

Anticipated Problems:
The students may not fully understand the tasks requested by the teacher due to their little
knowledge of the English language.
AIMS:

to complete tasks of vocabulary practice

to consolidate their knowledge of the grammar structures there is/there are

use words related to rooms and parts of the house

and, at the end of the exercise, they come to the blackboard to write the answers.

each room. In exercise 3, they are asked to complete the sentences with one of the given
words. The students comply and begin to work in pairs. At the end of the exercises, they come
to the blackboard to write the answers.
