DL.DEFINE

DL.DEFINE is used :

To move data records and routines between T24 areas.

To store data records and routines to a tape.

Hence this application can be used to copy the flow catalog

across server.

Integration designer provides an option in the project menu to

create data library in T24 server, where flow catalog is published

DL.DEFINE Record in Test Server

Restore to Production Server

Copy the directory that got created on verifying the DL.DEFINE record
in test server to the ./F.DL.DATA/DL.RESTORE directory of production
server
Set up the DL.PARAMETER record
This is done to restore the saved unit from the development
environment.
Verify the record.

Restore to Production Server

On verifying the DL.PARAMETER record, a record in the DL.DEFINE

application is created with ID TMNS000-IntegrationFlowCatalog with
Operation set to R.

Verify this record. All Flow Catalog records will get restored in IHLD
status.

Workshop

Migrate the flow catalog that you have created already to another T24
area and verify whether the flow catalog is available in the another T24
area.
