Task 2

Steps:
1. Interrogate the liaison team members at the desk.
2. If found that money was misplaced on the ground, then search for it
ourselves near the booth and nearby places
3. Ask them who was in charge of collecting the total money, ask which places
he went before dropping the money and search those areas
4. If still no luck, then an open announce that if found then return it kindly.
5. The person who lost the money will be held responsible either money is found
or not because it was his duty to keep the amount safe

Task 3
Because I have experience in this field and pretty good with numbers and very
responsible when it is with the dealing of money

Task 4
To divide the team into many parts, each part will do specific task e.g. one will be
made to communicate with marketing team and one with another finance related
team and Director will supervise and D.D will cross-check if required and in this way
whole team is engaged and it will show who is working how much.
