Keeping it simple also means helping you pay for your health care expenses. But
thats just one piece of the pie. The Mondelez Global Medical Plan features a
Health Savings Account (HSA), a tax-advantaged account that you own, which
allows you to contribute on a before-tax basis.
The Plan provides access to a high-quality network of providers and gives you an
opportunity to earn money in an account when you take certain steps to maintain
and improve your health. With most preventive care services covered at 100%,
we make it easy to keep up with annual exams for you and your eligible covered
dependents. Heres a snapshot of in-network benefits in the Mondelez Global
Medical Plan:

With an HSA, you decide how much to save and when to spend it now or in
the future. The HSA can be used to pay for deductibles, co-insurance, prescription
drugs and other eligible expenses.
In addition to your contributions, Mondelez Global may also contribute to help you
pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses:
1. Wellness dollars: You can earn up to $650 in 2014 for participating in the
Fuel4Life wellness program.
2. Automatic dollars: The company may also make an automatic contribution
to the HSA depending on base pay and coverage level.

Mondelez Global offers a dental plan administered by Aetna. The Dental Plan
provides:
Prescription drug coverage, which is included when you enroll in the medical
plan, is also administered through Aetna. It includes both retail pharmacies and
convenient home delivery (mail-order) prescription service. What you pay for
prescriptions will depend on the type of medication you buy.

Life Values to help with lifes challenging times.
As a bonus, you can earn wellness dollars deposited into you HSA up to $650 in
2014 for participating in certain wellness programs year-round.
My Life Values is automatically provided to you and your family members, and
offers a variety of services including 24/7 confidential counseling and free
concierge services.
The Dependent Day Care FSA lets you contribute up to $5,000 before-tax
each year to pay for eligible child or elder care expenses.
The Health Care FSA allows you to contribute up to $2,500 beforetax each year to pay for eligible health care expenses, including medical,
prescription drug, dental, orthodontia and vision expenses. If you elect
Health Care FSA coverage or if your medical expenses can be reimbursed
under your spouses employers health care FSA, you will not be able to
contribute to an HSA.
Group Long-Term Care Insurance covers custodial care for you, your
spouse or domestic partner, parents, grandparents or dependent adult child
at home, an adult day care center or nursing home.

The Mondelez Global LLC Thrift 401(k) Savings Plan is designed to help you
prepare for your financial future. And, we make it easier for you to save for
retirement through generous company basic and matching contributions. With
this plan:
Mondelez Global offers a flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) program that gives you the
time you need to renew, refresh and to take care of other responsibilities in your
life. PTO is based on years of service reached in the calendar year:
Mondelez Global matches $1 for $1 on the first 1% of pay you contribute and
70 for every $1 on the next 5% of pay contributed thats an additional
4.5% of savings with a contribution of at least 6%.
You are fully vested in Mondelez Global basic and matching contributions
after two years of service.
Once eligible for the Plan (typically 30 days after date of hire), youre
automatically enrolled with a 3% before-tax contribution, invested in
the Plans default investment fund. You can increase or decrease your
contribution rate and change your investment election at any time.
