Summary:
I come from a large Romanian family of six children. As the second oldest I was always
the go to babysitter and caretaker to my younger siblings. I have always had a passion for caring
for children and knew early on I wanted to work for and with them. My first instinct was to work
toward a social work degree, specifically working in the child protective services. However as I
investigated farther I found that child education and early development suited me far better. I
believe that children are born learning through observation and experience and that the best way
to help a child grow is through active learning. I strive to not only protect and nurture the
children under my care but also challenge and engage their minds by providing educational
activities to positively stimulate them.
