CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL and entered in Zamboanga City
by and between:
___________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, with
residence and postal address at __________________, Zamboanga
City, Philippines, herein referred as the VENDOR;
-And______________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen,
with residence and postal address at _______________, Zamboanga
City, Philippines, herein referred as the VENDEE;
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the VENDOR is the owner of one (1) parcel of land
covered by Transfer of Certificate of Title No. _____________
more particularly described as follows, to wit"A parcel of land (Lot ___) of the subdivision plan Psd-____,
being a portion of Lot ______, __, Psd-_________, situated in the
Barangay of _________, City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao,
containing an area of _____ HUNDRED _______ (000) SQUARE METERS."

NOW, THEREFORE, the VENDOR do by these presents PROMISE TO

SELL and VENDEE does likewise PROMISE TO BUY the one(1) parcel of
land above mentioned;
1. That the purchase price of the said property shall be
________________ THOUSAND (PhP 000,000.00) PESOS, Philippine
currency;
2. That upon the execution of this contract the VENDEE shall
pay the sum of ______ THOUSAND (PhP 00,000.00) PESOS Philippine
currency, as partial/down payment;
3. That the remaining balances of _________ THOUSAND (PhP
000,000.00) PESOS, Philippine currency shall be paid on or before
________, 2016;
4. That upon failure to pay the remaining balance or full
payment of the contract price on the agreed day in this contract,
the partial/down payment shall be forfeited in favor of the
VENDOR;
5. That upon full payment of the contract price of
______________ THOUSAND (PhP 000,000.00) PESOS, Philippine
currency, the VENDOR shall execute the FINAL DEED OF ABSOLUTE
SALE in favor of the VENDEE, provided that the expenses in the
transfer of name shall be borne by the VENDEE;
