Party Hat

Directions: Print on paper or card

stock. Child may paint or color the hat
as desired, then cut out on dotted
lines.
Create holes for string by punching out
the gray circles with a hole punch.
Use elastic, string, curling ribbon, or
whatever you choose to secure party
hat. You may choose to reinforce the
holes by placing tape over the circles
before punching, or using hole
reinforcer stickers that are commonly
used as office supplies. Enjoy!
