Long Range Plan Grade 10 Academic History CHC2D

By: Ben Cassels

This is a sample Long range plan I created for a Grade 10 Academic Canadian
History since World War I class. This timeline is tentative based off the progress of
the students and the rate at which learning occurs. The class is primarily based
around the concept of a flipped classroom with students self guided learning being
essential. The students within this class would be split into learning groups at the
beginning of the semester in order to complete the majority of assignments and
readings. The assignment are also intended to incorporate differentiated evaluation
and instruction and offer equal opportunities to all styles of learners.
