    Dear Sir;
    Greetings in the Lord!
    It has always been my joy to serve the Barangay as this gives fulfillment to my mission of being a public
    servant.
    Unfortunately, the seminar on Budgeting which is scheduled on October 13, 2016 (Thursday) is in conflict
    with the block Rosary which will be held on the same date.
    It is for this reason that I am asking your permission to be excused from attending the said seminar as I
    have no one to welcome and prepare something to serve my (15) fifteen visitors from Cauayan City.
    I will be very grateful if you understand the situation I am into as a widow and have no one left at home to
    whom I can endorse my responsibility.
