1. Successfully organized ASME certification audit for renewal for U, U2, UM, R & NB
stamps during 2013 and
U, R & NB stamps during 2016 and obtained the Renewal.
2. Successfully organized ISO 9001:2008 Surveillance audits during 2014, 2015 and the
audit results satisfactory.
3. Implemented ASME QC Program for ASME Code Stamped Pressure Vessels/Heat
Exchanger, fabrication and maintenance of ASME accreditation.
4. Handled more than 250 equipment for ASME code stamp.
5. Implemented QMS for all our Manufacturing operations and maintenance of ISO
9001:2008 certification as MR.

ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE, AREA OF EXPOSURE & EXPERTISE:-

Managing Quality Assurance by preparation and submission of quality documents for
client approval such as Quality Assurance Plan/Inspection Test Plan, Quality Control
procedures, NDT procedure and Surface preparation and painting procedures as per
clients specification and Code requirements.
Detail drawing study, Specification, codes, standards and method of work execution.
Ensuring inspection activities of receiving of material, fabrication and assembly and
testing at shop as per
ASME/TEMA/ IBR /API & Owner specification for special requirement pressure vessels &
Heat exchangers
under reputed TPIs.
Preparing WPS & developing PQR as per requirement of CS, SS, LAS, NF, dissimilar
material Also preparing weld plan for shop equipments and Inspection of incoming
consumables.
Monitoring & controlling of consumable storage, handling, backing & holding
requirement.
Welder training and Welder Performance Qualification & certification.
Ensuring NDT as per applicable Code/Specification for equipments.
Ensure inspection of externally fabricated components at sub vendors works.
Resolve issues including initiating / proposing solutions and implementation of the same
with focus on zero delay.
Ensuring compliance to Quality Management Systems of the division with data of
inspection and fabrication processes.
Ensuring avoidance of rework in Inspection and Fabrication and bring around
improvements with focus on time and cost effective methods
Maintain all Inspection documentation on line and submit final documents to client with
zero delay in documentation.
Coordinate with all departments for all project related execution.

Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan for Gate, Globe and check valve
Overall control on incoming-Casting inspection, In- process Machining inspection
and final inspection-assembly and testing inspection along with Painting.
Overall control on document required for TPI-casting test certificates, Raw material
certificate, Lab testing certificates, and NDE documents, Valve hydro and pneumatic
testing reports.
Assist to third party inspection.
