WHEREAS the LESSEE obtained consent of the LESSOR and have made construction of Gurukul on the scheduled Property in Ownership of the LESSOR For educational welfare of the students in Naranpar area.there is an arrangement of school and boarding in building on the scheduled property. It is mange by the LESSEE for last twelve years. WHEREAS the LESSEE has decided for expansion of the activity in various faculty, it has became necessary to furnish to concerned faculties/departments that ownership of immovable property on the scheduled property is of the LESSEE And the land i.e the scheduled property on which building is constructed is of ownership of the LESSORand it is a matually agreed to give the scheduled property on the LEASE for 30 years commencing from 1st April, 2011. WHEREAS the parties herein desire to reduce the terms and conditions agreed in to writing NOW THEREFORE THIS DEED OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWERS: 1. The LESSEE has proposed for lease of the scheduled property and The LESSOR is agreed for the lease for 30(thirty) Years commencing from 01/04/2011 to 31/03/2041. 2. The LESSOR has taken for the scheduled property on lease for construction of Gurukul at its own cost Presence of both the parties. And both the parties have read, got read understood and found the same to be true and correct.
