Indonesian Youth Challanges to Face MEA

As we all know that at the end of 2015 was the beginning of the
implementation of the AEC (Asean Economic Community). MEA is a freetrade system that would apply across the region. MEA enforcement
agreement opens wide space for all the countries in the Southeast Asia
region to trade various commodities and services or labor. Investment
opportunities in Southeast Asia are highly prospective, among others, the
availability of natural resources and human resources capable of
competing allow increased interest of foreign countries to invest in the
Southeast Asian region.
Like it or not, ready or not ready, MEA enforcement must be
balanced with the availability of superior HR Indonesian nation. In this
case the government should immediately take steps - a strategic step to
empower the youth associated with improving the quality of human
resources. Unpreparedness of the Indonesian nation to face the MEA will
only make this nation as the consumer markets of other nations. In
addition, the legislature also has a vital role to make policy-related MEAs.
Massive dissemination should be done so that people, especially youth
literacy to determine the influence of MEA and MEA implementation of the
economic outlook, educational, social and cultural. So this should be a
conversation that is extremely important for young people to equip
themselves to face the MEA 2015.
Indonesian Youth is expected to have a superior quality of human
resources among the competitors from other countries in the MEA 2015.
This is a challenge for Indonesian youth because it is required to take into
account the opportunities jelly that can make a positive contribution to
the progress of the Indonesian nation. In addition to the quality of human
resources or what we often call with hardskill, we must also have soft skill
that is the human ability to process emotions and manage yourself.
Leadership and management of the organization is one soft skill
that must be owned by the youth in the face of MEA 2015. Since not
everyone has the ability to control others. The advantage possessed by
their soft skill is youth have added value in conducting a process of
socialization in the environment. Indonesia also has a characteristic has a

suave character who can find so that later can be a personal quality that
is not shared by other nations.
For that is expected of the challenge can be turned into a great
opportunity for the youth of Indonesia. Spirit of achievement and
character education must also be owned by the youth to pass MEA 2015.
So, the conclusion that we can take is the Indonesian youth should have a
soft skill that can support the quality of its human resources without

CLIMATE CHANGE
Climate change is a serious reason for concern, because it affects
every person living on the planet. The vast majority of the scientific
community claims that anthropogenic global warming is to blame for
these changes. However, there are a small number of people who deny
the very existence of global warming. Their words carry a certain amount
of weight in some circles, but they lack scientific proof to support these
arguments.
The effects of climate change are undeniable. Research conducted
by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and other
reputed meteorological institutions proves that average yearly
temperature has been steadily growing over the last decades. The sea
levels have also been rising, and the number of floods in different parts of
the world has increased dramatically. Glaciers in the Northern Hemisphere
have started to melt. This caused more icebergs to drift into the ocean.
They currently pose a serious threat to both, cruise and cargo ships that
course through the waters of the northern regions. There are reports of
some icebergs being spotted far to the South from Greenland.
Over 95% of scientists agree that these changes are caused by the
greenhouse effect. There is some solid evidence which proves that
people are directly responsible for the global warming that is fueling this
climate change. Destruction of forests, burning of fossil fuels and
environmental pollution are the main reasons behind the greenhouse
effect that is currently influencing the climate. The speed and intensity of
these changes are too high for there to be any cause that could explain
them, other than human activity.

However, there is a minority of researchers, bloggers and public

speakers who deny the existence of global warming as a whole. In their
arguments, they appeal to the fact that climate has been known to
change periodically. Therefore, the current situation should be seen only
as another turn in the planets natural history. These people are yet to
present any scientific proof to support these claims. It should also be
noted that the vast majority of them is either employed by or owns some
companies that deal in the businesses considered to be primarily
responsible for the severity of the greenhouse effect.
The existence of global warming is a proven fact. Climate change
triggered by it affects people on many levels. Though, there are some who
argue that this is the result of human activity, they cannot be trusted for
the lack of concrete evidence.

Another mans best friend beside dogs

"A dog is man's best friend." That common saying may contain
some truth, but dogs are not the only animal friend whose companionship
people enjoy. For many people, a cat is their best friend. Despite what dog
lovers may believe, cats make excellent housepets as they are good
companions, they are civilized members of the household, and they are
easy to care for.
In the first place, people enjoy the companionship of cats. Many cats
are affectionate. They will snuggle up and ask to be petted, or scratched
under the chin. Who can resist a purring cat? If they're not feeling
affectionate, cats are generally quite playful. They love to chase balls and
feathers, or just about anything dangling from a string. They especially
enjoy playing when their owners are participating in the game. Contrary to
popular opinion, cats can be trained. Using rewards and punishments, just
like with a dog, a cat can be trained to avoid unwanted behavior or
perform tricks. Cats will even fetch!
In the second place, cats are civilized members of the
household. Unlike dogs, cats do not bark or make other loud noises. Most
cats don't even meow very often. They generally lead a quiet
existence. Cats also don't often have "accidents." Mother cats train their
kittens to use the litter box, and most cats will use it without fail from that
time on. Even stray cats usually understand the concept when shown the
box and will use it regularly. Cats do have claws, and owners must make
provision for this. A tall scratching post in a favorite cat area of the house
will often keep the cat content to leave the furniture alone. As a last
resort, of course, cats can be declawed.
Lastly, one of the most attractive features of cats as housepets is
their ease of care. Cats do not have to be walked. They get plenty of
exercise in the house as they play, and they do their business in the litter
box. Cleaning a litter box is a quick, painless procedure. Cats also take
care of their own grooming. Bathing a cat is almost never necessary
because under ordinary circumstances cats clean themselves. Cats are

more particular about personal cleanliness than people are. In addition,

cats can be left home alone for a few hours without fear. Unlike some
pets, most cats will not destroy the furnishings when left alone. They are
content to go about their usual activities until their owners return.
Cats are low maintenance, civilized companions. People who have
small living quarters or less time for pet care should appreciate these
characteristics of cats. However, many people who have plenty of space
and time still opt to have a cat because they love the cat personality. In
many ways, cats are the ideal housepet.
