Scholastic Book Fair

Curriculum
Bible: Our new unit is about Jesus ministry. We will learn about John the
Baptists life in the desert and Jesus Baptism. We will also learn about
Jesus temptations and the calling of His disciples.
Reading: We will enjoy the story Farfillina & Marcel by Holly Keller. We
will also be working on possessive nouns, synonyms, and contractions.
Vowac: We will be reviewing the r-controlled vowels and taking a unit test.
Math: This week we will take a unit test on subtraction and begin two-digit
addition.
Writing: Students will begin writing about small moments that matter.
