Package Terms & Condition

1. For all CX/KA sector(s), only flights with CX/KA designators are eligible for this promotion.
2.Price is per person.
3.Prices excluded airport tax, Fuel surcharge etc.
4.Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-refundable and valid on CX/KA operated flights only. No hotel bookings or change
requests will be entertained once ticket is issued.
5. Child and infant airfares are only eligible when they occupy the same room with 2 adults. Child sharing with 1 adult must pay
twin-share adult fares.
6. Air Ticket Refund (if any) will be subject to the applicable fare terms and conditions. The cancellation or change request of NONAIR portion (land portion) must be made to CHL at least 3 Hong Kong working days prior to the 1st outbound departure. Otherwise,
the last-minute cancellation/change penalty, which is equivalent to the 1st night hotel rate, will impose on each passenger. Refund
will not be made for passenger who has no-sh in any circumstances.
7. No refund will be given if hotel accommodation and optional benefit, if applicable, are not utilized / partially utilized.

8. Passengers can choose to book the hotel anytime during their stay in Hong Kong subject to the term and conditions of the airfare
but hotel usage must be on consecutive night basis.
9. Check-in time for most hotels is 14:00 (2 p.m.) and check-out time is 12:00 (noon). Request for early check-in and late check-out
should be made upon arrival at the hotel and granting of such request will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.
10. Extra bed for child can be provided for certain hotels. Maximum of 2 adults and 1 child are allowed per room unless other
specified above hotel information
11. In compliance to legal requirement in Hong Kong, passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by and stayed with parents
or guardian to check-in at hotel; otherwise, the hotel offer will be forfeited.
12. There is NO mileage accrual for hotel. Mileage accrual for flights depends on fare rules associated with the applicable fare
and booking class.
13. Passengers are to check-in at the hotel without vouchers.
14.Use of the hotel room and optional benefits are subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
Any passenger who chooses not to use or being forfeited his/her booking of a hotel stay or optional benefits are not entitled to any
payment or compensation from CX/KA.
15. The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with CX/KA or any other parties
including any third parties.
16.These terms and conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any
inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of these terms and conditions the English version shall prevail.
