S.R._____

Mandatory Vaccination Bill

To create federal guidelines allowing parents to opt out of vaccinations on behalf of their children.
en.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress
assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This act may be cited as the Vaccination Choice Act of 2017.
SECTION 2. FINDINGS
Congress hereby finds and declares that,
Currently there are three states that do not allow vaccination exemption due to religious reasons.
Vaccinations can lead to injury due to the harmful materials found in them
Our north bordering country Canada does not require vaccinations.
There are no federal laws pertaining to mandatory vaccination as of yet.
Some materials found in vaccine are in too high of a concentration to be safe for infants.
Vaccines containing rubella virus can cause chronic arthritis within seven to forty-two days.
More than ten million vaccines are given to infants less than one year old every year, which is when infants
are at the greatest risk for fevers, seizures, and sudden infant death syndrome
The chickenpox vaccine contains gelatin as a stabilizer, which some people are severely allergic to.
Certain vaccines contain a greater amount of toxic chemicals than is approved and deemed safe by the
FDA.
SECTION 3. STATUTORY LANGUAGE
n
A) The Vaccination Choice Act of 2017 shall now make it a federal law that individuals or individuals
legal guardians to opt out of receiving vaccines. These individuals who want to opt out of
vaccination must have legitimate reasons to opt out of receiving vaccines, including conflicts with
their religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, and moral beliefs. Individuals who have concerns
regarding the potential side effects associated with different vaccines, including but not limited to
fever, swelling, rashes, and pain, as well as allergic reactions associated with vaccines shall be
eligible to receive vaccine exemptions. All other medical or health concerns relating to the toxic
ingredients and chemicals found in several vaccines shall be acceptable for receiving vaccine
exemptions.
B) There shall be no new funding required to enforce this act. The National Vaccine Program Office
(NVPO) shall be responsible for making sure the new law is upheld by all states and places of
medical practice. No additional funding shall be given to the National Vaccine Program Office
(NVPO) and they shall use their current budget to see that the new act is upheld.
C) This bill shall be put into immediate effect on January 1, 2017 and there shall not be an expiration
date.

The Vaccination Choice Act of 2017 is designed to set a federal law requiring states to allow the citizens to
choose for themselves and for their children whether they want to be vaccinated or not. The law should go into effect
because it gives people more freedom to choose based on what they believe religiously and philosophically, vaccines can
cause problems that no one should force another to go through, and it complies with rights given to the people by the
Constitution. The Vaccination Choice Act is going to be a very important new law that will help shape health-care for a
long time. Vaccination injury is very real, and no parent should ever be forced to inject their child with chemicals and
substances that could be harmful.
