I would suggest that you add a step to have the students click either yes or no, or tell them
that it does not matter what they select. But it is important to direct them to take one
action or the other so that they do not pause and wait for directions from the instructor.
I would suggest that the instructions be changed to instruct students to lauch I.E. from the
Start menu, as they just launched the command prompt in the previous step. Alternately,
the image could be revised to add I.E. to the taskbar.
Should read C:\CertReq.txt
Instead of "where XXXXXX is the Company Name value", you could change it to read
"where yyxxx is the last five characters of the Company Name value"
Should read "your", not "you"

In Skillpipe, there are dozens if not hundreds of items that do not match the user's
experience. Therefore, they will be relying on the PDF file to give them accurate step-bystep instructions. It is not reasonable to add an errata item in LOD for every instance
where Skillpipe and the PDF file disagree, and I am concerned that students may think
that there is something significant about the five items listed here, and perhaps not trust
the PDF file for these steps.

through RSoP that policy was running at startup. Took the text of the script and manually ran
it, and Office 2016 installed perfectly. Never figured out why automated installation failed.

I spent 75 minutes due to Outlook issues -- use recommended allocation of 60 minutes
I had issues with Outlook connecting. During a previous lab, I had signed in to Word using a
different user account. I believe that caused a glitch in having Outlook and Skype for
Business signed in as Holly at the same time in order to allow for conference sheduling and
joining. I had to use regedit to delete the cached login information for the other user here:

Management to appear as an option for the Sharepoint site under Permissions and
Management.
In Lab 11, Exercise 2, Task 7, Step 5, the message containing an IP address is supposed to be flagged by a DLP rule, and the
