Cash Loan
Product Explanation

1116603345

The information below confirms what we are required to

tell you about your loan

A Cash loan is a home collected loan which requires an agent to call at your home for your weekly repayments .
Borrowing small sums over short terms is more expensive than larger sums over a longer term. Cash loans are intended to
meet short-term, immediate needs. These are not suitable if you are looking for a long term, high value loan.
Please read if refinancing
If you are using part of the loan to repay an existing loan, then the amount of cash you receive will be reduced by
the amount outstanding on that loan. Refinancing (by using one loan to pay off another) may mean that you pay
for longer and pay more in interest.

CASH LOAN

If you pay late, pay less than the contracted weekly rate or miss a payment, we will not charge you anything extra, but it could
make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future as we share this information with credit reference agencies. You should,
however, be aware that missing payments could have serious consequences including court proceedings.
You can change your mind and withdraw from the loan agreement within 14 days by calling 0800 218 2758 or writing to us
using the details shown on the credit agreement. If you do withdraw, you will have to repay only the amount borrowed, plus
fixed interest, payable at a daily rate, within 30 days of telling us of your withdrawal. For full details please refer to the credit
agreement.

Remote Payments by Continuous Payment Authority

There are a number of special circumstances in which we might invite you to grant us a Continuous Payment
Authority (CPA).
These will include circumstances such as where: (i) we have agreed a forbearance strategy with you; (ii) you
have moved to an area not served by one of our agents; (iii) you have been assessed as being vulnerable;
and/or (iv) there is a security issue with an agent visit.
This is a method of payment whereby you agree we may take a payment directly from your bank account to
which a debit card is linked but only for a specific amount and on a particular day of each week, fortnight or
month as previously agreed with you.
If you agree, this will be set up using your debit card. We will debit the agreed repayment amount on an agreed
day at the agreed frequency until the total amount is repaid. We will never take a greater payment than you
authorise or take it on another day than agreed unless such a day falls on a Bank Holiday in which case it will
be taken on the next working day. In the event that any collection fails we will cancel the CPA and attempt to
contact you to discuss your financial circumstances.
Any failed attempt will not result in you being charged a fee by us or your bank. Unless you make alternative
payment arrangements in the meantime arrears may increase and this may have an effect on your credit rating.
You have the right to cancel your Continuous Payment Authority by calling 0800 916 6202. Please note that
Continuous Payment Authorities (unlike direct debits) are not covered by bank guarantees.
Prior to signing your credit agreement, please read the Additional Information overleaf, and be aware of the terms of your
loan. You have the right to take this document, and the pre-contract credit information form, away and to review them
before deciding whether to go ahead. If you have any questions or want any further information about the loan you can ask
your agent or ring 0800 218 2758.

Additional Information
Our Services

We offer unsecured, fixed sum, fixed term cash loans. This means the amount you borrow, the length of the loan and the
amount we will charge is fixed at the time you take out the loan. The loans are not secured against any assets, such as your
home.
When deciding whether to take the loan, you should consider whether it meets your needs and should bear in mind that
excessive debt can lead to severe financial problems.
How much you will have to pay
The amount you have to pay will depend upon the amount you borrow and the period over which you borrow. These details,
which your agent has explained to you, are shown on the pre-contract credit information form and will also be shown on the
agreement.
Full and partial early settlement
You have the right to settle all or part of the loan early at any time during your agreement. You may be entitled to a rebate of
interest.
If you wish to make a partial early settlement you must tell your agent, otherwise we will assume that any advance payment
is being made to cover a period when you anticipate missing payments.
If you have any questions about the effects this may have on your agreement please speak with your agent who can deal with
your questions. Alternatively, please ring 0800 218 2758.

right to apply your payment first against any arrears.
7. The timing of repayments is of the essence of this Agreement. If you:
