Havage is currently employed as a

roving executioner for the Lord's
Alliance. He fulfills the role for smaller
towns that don't have a dedicated
executioner and also hunts those who
have fled. Initially, he lived in a small
town that was ruled by an oppressive
baron. Outraged after finding the Baron
was taking the children of delinquent
parents, Havage stormed his mansion
and killed the Baron's entire line. Hard to
punish due to his hero status, the Lord's
Alliance pressed him into their service to
keep him out of trouble. The players may
have heard of him.
