Jim Startzman

If your zip code is 19808 or 19804 you are probably in Delaware's 19th Representative District. In the past 4 years have you
noticed more and more empty store fronts in our area? How about the loss of jobs at DuPont? How about the empty GM
plant? You deserve better.I pledge to be your representative 100% of the time not 17% like my opponent. It's time to Start
Fresh with Startzman on November 8th, make your voice heard.

Mike Matthews I'd be so interested in knowing how you came up with the 17% figure. As someone who resides in Red Clay, I'd also be interested in
why I never saw you at any of the Board meetings or during any of the conversations regarding WEIC or Priority Schools. ...See More

Jim Startzman Mike Matthews: here is the data for Kim's voting record. We never said she was absent just didn't vote.

Mike Matthews Jim Startzman This is a manipulation of data. Totally. It's a snapshot of a few bills out of hundreds. Shame on you for doing this.
Unlike Reply 2 46 mins

Mike Matthews And I don't believe that's an average of the number of votes she's taken. It's an average of how Kim votes on bills that the ACU
supports. Of course Kim isn't going to support many bills by such an ultra right-wing organization. But you saying that she only shows up 17% of the
time is factually inaccurate. Again, shame.

Kim Casey Williams This is not my voting record, I have not missed one day in four years. Jim, again get the facts before posting. This is a
conservative rating sheet on issues that I have voted on. It is not that I did not vote, they did not like how I voted.

Ashley Sabo Perhaps you're using some kind of common core math to determine Kim Casey Williams only works 17% of the time. But that is one of
the most blatantly incorrect statements I have ever read. If lies and inaccuracies like this are what you bring to the 19th district than the residents of that
district are in great danger. Kim Williams works tirelessly for her district and even those outside. She is not afraid to stand up and fight the hard battles.
She is actively involved in education change especially things impacting children with special needs and language barriers. What have you done for
education or these student populations? How are you going to change the job losses and closed GM plant - which has been closed some 2009, well
before Kim took office. What the people of Delaware deserve is action and strength. They get that and more with Kim Williams. It seems like a vote for
you is a vote for empty promises and incorrect information. It would do you well to become more informed before making comments like this. Delaware
is lucky to have a representative like Kim Williams and need more like her!

Carl Williams Jim I don't know if you are aware but the GM Boxwood Road assembly plant closed in 2009 well before Kim took office. The reason I
know it was 2009 because I was one of the last five or so people in the plant on August 1st 2009 when I worked my last shift there. I was working in the
Material Department at Boxwood Road on that day and the few people in my material team were assigned the task of returning extra material "parts"
back to the place of original origin i.e. the suppliers. We spent the last month or so moving equipment and material essentially closing the facility that I
spent 29 years of my life in. I went to GM right after high school and spent my 19th birthday in GMs body shop welding side frames. Kim is very aware
of the impact the loss of industry has on Delaware families it was the GM medical insurance that paid for the births of her two children. Her father was a
union electrican and I grew up in the home of a Delaware State Trooper. I have lived my entire life within a couple of miles or so of the Kirkwood
highway and Kim has also. She and I have seen the changes and experienced the economic downturn personally as life long residents of Delaware as
have all the folks that we grew up with here in Delaware. Kim has been a tireless advocate for the children and families here in our home State for over
two decades. I think its ironic that the two things you chose to call Kim out on are the closed businesses locally which has had as great an impact on
her personally as anyone else in the state, her family income from GM for instance and her "17%" part time Legislator which is really just ridiculous.
Kim is literally the most committed and hardest working person I have ever met in my life. She works 365 days a year for the people of her district even
to the point of taking her computer and taking calls on vacation. She actually had me pull over on an overlook on Skyline Drive because she had phone
service there so she could call about an educational issue that was important to the children in our state that she was working on in the car while we
were driving. I worked with a lot of people in my life in different capacities and I can say with 100 percent certainty that 17% is not even close. The
people who live in the 19th will be doing themselves a huge disservice by not voting for the most effective and competent legislator that is serving their
district now and that is Representative Kim Williams.

Suzanne Sczubelek Herel Hi, Jim. It was a pleasure to meet you at your first Delpark Manor community meeting. I have to ask, upon what data do you
base the 17% reference? Because for the past two years as a constituent and executive board member of the Delpark Manor Civic Ass...See More

Laura Layfield Sharer Jim I noticed your signs are only up at the empty & abandoned houses in my neighborhood. You still haven't replied to my email
so I went ahead and left you a voice mail also. Please stop by & knock again, I missed you on Sunday but would love to talk to help educate you on the
misinformation you've been spewing! - My house is the one the Kim Williams sign in the front yard.

Mike DiMaio Jim, I did notice the loss of jobs in the state and it was done to increase shareholders profits thanks to laws passed by the republicans, if
you think turning DE into Mississippi or Louisiana is a good idea, you have more homework to do. BTW, DE is the least dependent state of federal
dollars, red states are the most dependent.

Chelsea Cimino Mr. Startzman, I resent your comment about Kim Casey Williams. Kim is a wonderful legislator and Delaware is lucky to have her.
Spreading lies about your opponent will get you no where. Thank you for showing us your true colors.

that need help. I know personally she has helped me with several issues that I have had with the school district. Know your facts before you speak. No
one will vote for a liar

Kevin Ohlandt Mr. Startzman, I have never met you and I am not in your district. With that being said, I've never met you. Out of all the legislators in
this state, I have yet to meet any one of them who is more involved in matters of this state than Kim Williams. On the other hand, I do see your name in
Delaware politics. Once for a short time in 2014 when you ran against Kim, and then again this year... when you ran against Kim.

Stacey Hendrix Kim busts her tail for the 19th for every man, woman, child and even animals. Give me a break. Have you see her legislative record?
She is a powerhouse who fights for what is right no matter who tears at her. I researched her and I love her platform and record. Go Kim!

Joanne Christian Kim Casey Williams. So sorry you have to go thru this. Don't live in your district but am well aware of the dedication, time, and
integrity you serve your constituents. You are a more than "full time representative ", and at least in educational issues I've witnessed your tireless
efforts. Best of luck! You're a keeper!

Michele Hook Cammisa I don't know where the 17% comes from but my dealing with Mrs. Williams have never been 17%. I sent a message to Mrs.
Williams on Labor Day about an issue I was having within our district. I expected an answer within a day or two, I got a response in an hour, and many
follow up messages in the next few days. That is someone I want representing my voice in my district.

community. Please do some homework before posting. District 19 residents pay attention
