2. Agency Mission statement
We seek to encourage our customers of all abilities, to get fit and improve their well
being by providing a well-equipped, safe, and supportive space. Our employees are
honest individuals, with a passion for healthy lifestyles that aim to provide an
environment for customers to achieve their goals, and being the coach cheering them
on along the way. The relationship is also evident is in the work environment our
owners provide as well.
3. Agency Vision Statement

4. Strategy: Developing Programming (population)
a. Providing daycare for parents, while using the facilities. This would provide
an incentive for people, who would otherwise be quick to make an excuse that
they cant possibly work out with a kid around.
b. Providing Zumba classes, and yoga (prenatal possibly)
c. If you maintain a membership for a substantial amount of time, youre eligible
to receive certain prizes.

Title of Program: Spartan Race Ready

Time: Two different sessions offered on both Monday and Wednesday, to fit an
individual clients needs. Are you an early riser looking to seize the day, or a busy bee
with hopes to work out after a long workday? 5:30am to 6:15am and/or 7:00pm to
7:45pm
Number of Weeks: Offered year round, considering there are Spartan races throughout
the year
Room: Recreation Studio, although this could work in any large open space
Proposed Fee: No additional fee
Goal of Class: To prepare participants for a race competition that may intrigue him,
whether it be getting in shape with a Spartan Race as a long-term goal, or finding
likeminded individuals who are excited about competition
Purpose: This class will challenge you not only physically but also mentally as your
body will be telling you to stop the whole way and you must make the decision to keep
pushing or to pause and take an extra break to keep your from. The purpose is not just to
complete the workout but also to complete it with good form

Did income meet or exceed expenses: Income was greater then the expenses.
What would make this program more successful? Limiting how many participants can be
in the class at any given time, in order to be successful and give each participant
individual attention.
Did this program meet the objectives, how? Yes
How was this program advertised? Word of mouth, primarily.
Were the dates and times a factor in attendance? Absolutely. Spartan Race Ready is
offered twice on both Monday and Wednesday. One class is early in the morning, while
the other is in the evening. Both offer the same programs, Planet Fitness strives to meet
customer needs though, therefore we set up a flexible schedule.
What factor made this program successful? The flexibility and freedom to choose
whichever class, that a client wanted to attend.
Was an evaluation given to the participants? Results? Sort of, Ill explain. The Spartan
Race Ready class grew out of previous public opinion and evaluation from customers.
This class didnt exist until people demanded it. As a precaution, we followed up with
many of the same participants and where able to get great feedback.

Program Title: Kids On The Move
Number of Participants on a daily basis? 12
Number of Participants total: 15 kids at capacity, per class (30 a week). 24 kids showed
up each week, which means that 1,152 kids were in class an a yearly basis.
Did income meet or exceed expenses: Income was greater then the expenses.
What would make this program more successful? Having more flexible times for parents,
because not every family follows the mold where one parent goes to work all day and the
other stays home.
Did this program meet the objectives, how? Yes. Since our objective was to have fun but
camouflage, and imbed exercise in to play, I would say this program achieved its initial
objective. Parents keep bringing their children back, so that speaks for itself.
How was this program advertised? Word of mouth, Gymboree promotions
Were the dates and times a factor in attendance? Yes, theres always room for
improvement thought. We scheduled for a late morning program, since families like to
arrive to activities more leisurely on the weekends.
What factor made this program successful? The fun, innovative techniques we used to
work with children. Also, patience, as kids arent always the easiest to teach when
learning a new skill.
Was an evaluation given to the participants? Results? Yes, and most agreed that they
would return. This program provides an easy way for parents to also get their workout in
as well, but leaving the child with activities to do as well.

showed up weekly, which means 2,738 participated annually.
Did income meet or exceed expenses: Income was greater then the expenses.
What would make this program more successful? Nothing comes to mind at this very
moment.
Did this program meet the objectives, how? Yes, it got new members acquainted with the
gym, its facilities, and other new members.
How was this program advertised? Local newspaper, around the Gym, flyers and
business cards in local restaurants.
Were the dates and times a factor in attendance? Yes, since we offered the class multiple
times per week, new customers were able to pick a schedule that suited him or her.
What factor made this program successful? The schedule flexibility and the willingness
to integrate new clients to the facility.

comfortable using the facilities and enrolling in other gym programs.

What would make this program more successful? Continuing to grow as a program.
Did this program meet the objectives, how? Yes, because it significantly lowers male gym
intimidation through integrating male members to a consistent gym program.

What factor made this program successful? Easing new male clients in to consistent,
intense, programs, and giving them the tools to be successful on their on in the gym.

important to get feedback. The main concern was acknowledging that even though all the
clients looked forward to being gym warriors, some progressed in to the program more
seamlessly than others.
