Thank you to deputy prime minister for expressing your opinion. But I m strongly
disagree with your opinion on capital punishment to child rapists because of this
punishment kind of not suitable compared with the crime that they did. This is
because there is another way and option that can be use to overcome this crime
such as putting the rapists in the prison for several years and not only for ten to
twelve months and also a penalty like whipping. The Malaysia government
suggest and agree to impose between 6 to 20 years imprisonment and
whipping to the offenders. Parents also must play an important roles to make
sure their child not become the victim of child rapist. This can be done by
teaching them on how to protect themselves. For example, teach them to wear a
proper clothes rather than the sexy one. This is because with sexy clothes it can
attract the rapists. And the most important one is, tell them not to get closer
with the strangers or people that they dont know. Parents also must observe
their childs friend because sometimes we dont even know where they go with
their friends. Besides that in Islam Punishment in Islam is from Allah and His
Messenger. It (the sentence) is a revelation. No human intervention. While in the
Civil Law prescribed penalties as the statute (act) by the lawmakers in Parliament
. Sex crimes with children (pedophilia) is' rape status. This means that if the child
is 'consent' or rather he remained punishable by a rape conviction. The execution
of child rapists, as proposed, is comprised of married and unmarried. Islam put
the difference between the married and unmarried. Who had married his
sentence was 'stoned to death' depend on the offenders condition.

But on the other side, the rapist condition also should be considered before this
action was taken. So that is why I am totally not agree with capital punishment
because the rapist could be under drug effect or having a mental problem like
insane. So this is not suitable to be use for this crime because people who did
criminal thing under the drug effect or insanity should be send to rehab centre
and for those who had a mental problem should get a psychiatry to receive their
treatment. This also can help them to gain their normal life back just like the
other people did. Beside that, the capital punishment was also not suitable for
drug seller because as we can see nowadays, their number was increasing every
day. So there will be a lot of criminal things not only child rapist. So why would
the government set a capital punishment for the drug seller if we cant handle
their number of increasing. The government should think something better.
Lastly, as for the victim of rapists, we and the society must give them a moral
support to make them feeling safe and not feeling shy on what happened to
them. The parents must give a full attention to their child also send their child to
get a treatment from mental and physical pain. The parents should also always
talk with their child in order to help them forget about what happened because
no one can live with a black history thats all thank you.
